Store is poorly run. A couple of months ago, garden center opened an hour late because the store employees didn’t feel like opening it. Too busy watering plants, etc. I asked them to open it and was told to go through the inside. Required all of us that were waiting outside to go through the inside of the store with our bulky and heavy purchases.
I gave this location another shot of to buy fertilizer last weekend, but the fertilizer section destroyed, a disgusting muddy mess and I could not get a store employee to come look at the mess to clean it up or help me with cleaning up the fertilizer that I had all over me or the bag that I had pulled out. Had to ask three employees before one was willing to find a paper towel for me as I was covered with their toxic mess. No apologies for the mess, no interest in cleaning up, no interest in helping me get cleaned up.
Fast forward to this weekend and I’ve opened the bag to find it is pure mud inside. Called for the store manager, got no concerned interest, and the only solution I was given was to drive 30 minutes each way to their store, and wait for them to go through order history to see if they would be willing to refund my money. Giving up a couple of hours of my time for an unguaranteed $30 or whatever refund.
When I repeated back the proposed solution to the Assistant Store Manager who took my call (missed his name, it was Gary, Charles, or Scott), he said that he won’t clap his hands to make a refund appear. EXCUSE YOU? Did I request a magic trick? I asked what my options were and deserve to be treated with respect on the phone when I have a concern and I am certain he would not have spoken to me like this had I been a man.
I spent thousands every year at Lowe’s for the last 8 years, but never again because this location ruined the brand for me. Their store employees and management do not attempt to help you while in store, don’t apologize for their issues, and management disrespects their female customers with condescending language.
Lowe’s never again. I absolutely will make the additional 10 minute drive to Home Depot from now on because HD employees are helpful and knowledgeable in products, and I have always felt welcome and valued at Home Depot.
And to whatever bot that responds to all of your negative reviews with the same pathetically canned message telling people to call your corporate number, I DID and was told to contact the store directly. Your corporate office does not care either. If you did, you’d actually read these reviews and instead of using a bot to reply to us. Lowe’s does not care about customer experiences enough to read or write a relevant review response. Just copy and paste garbage.

Me and my husband came in here today at 5 PM to look for sprinkler heads. We parked on the garden side and came in through that way. We came in and went down some of the aisles that had some of the outdoor patio furniture. We saw an associate that we stopped and politely asked if she could let us know where the sprinkler heads would be . She never looked up at us and made any eye contact . She stayed looking down and said “aisle 17” we said, thank you and started off towards the back which looked like the aisle numbers were only going up so we walked up back towards her and said, could you please point us in the direction of where aisle 17 would be and she looked at us like we were stupid and said well aisle 1 is right there so it’s that way and said it very condescendingly and rude like we should already know that. I never ever write reviews unless something is really bad or really good. I didn’t catch her name at first so I went back and asked the other employee that was standing with her at the time and she said her name was deyja .
We went down the right aisle for the sprinkler heads and we
we weren’t able to find what we needed because it looked like they were out. I was able to find an associate on the next aisle who gladly helped us out. His name was Saihou . He was nice and accommodating. He made eye contact and came out of the aisle He was in to go and get a ladder to get us the backstock. I work with people every day in a medical environment and I’ve also been a server and bartender so I understand how people can really wear you down but this is the job that you chose and your job to have good customer service no matter how you feel. I didn’t catch the name of the other gentleman that was working in that area, but he saw me walking around looking and he smiled at me and asked if he could help me with anything.

Employees lack the skills and knowledge in order to provide support for product selection. The employees mentioned there is an issue with scheduling so there will not be help.

The young man who assisted me with making a copy of a key was so helpful. He was also very informative.

Worst customer service at the Pro Desk. No one answers the phone and working at desk. I would recommend Lowe’s Plano.

This Lowes I consider to be "my" location. Today, I went to the flooring area to ask if my family room and master bedroom laminate flooring was under warranty. It's been three years, and I thought when I purchased it, Pergo had a guarantee and figured I'd check. The young lady working was as helpful as possible but could not find the sale but was determined to help. She said she would get someone who might be able to help. The second young lady found my sale, she printed sales details, and provided instructions on how to file the claim. The first lady's name was Rheagan, and the second was Valerie. Rheagan and Valerie were over-the-top professional, courteous, and friendly. Both liked their jobs.

Really bad experience with the lady at garden center cashier. I got two bags of soil which was opened and reduced by 40-45 percent bcz of holes in it. The cashier said unless it less than half you will have to pay full price for it. That's cheating the customer. I wish they get a proper training.
