Meineke in Little Elm & 423 is the only place I will take my auto for service. They are awesome! I recommend that if you have a vehicle issue give em a call.

Love this place! I was only going to the dealership for oil changes but once I found Meineke, they are the only place I take my car now. They don’t try and sale you anything extra or unnecessary. They send you videos of your car so everything is accurate, and they keep you updated. The gentleman I interacted with inside the shop were awesome and had great customer service! Thank you!!

Meineke @ Little Elm went above, beyond & below surface level to find out the source of my vehicles engine problems. They even negotiated with my warranty to make sure the job was done properly with the right parts as well. They Communicated to me that my warranty wanted the most cost effective options for parts & labor. In less words leaving me to deal with the long term consequences of their self serving decisions. A job once believed/adjusted to be close to $16,000 became only $3,000 because of the passion they have for their work. I am more than grateful.
