The Best Nails and pedicure in the area. If you live near Eldorado, PLEASE Stop and do NOT go anyplace else. Honestly, it's the best service I’ve received in this area in years. It's quite pricey, (but not for Frisco) It’s 100% worth it. You really what you pay for. FYI I transitioned from dip powder to gel. I saw Tim he is the BEST! He ROCK ! ✨ and is quick! Meticulous and very talented. I will not go anywhere else. Love this place. The Manger , Nick was polite and easy going. BUT THE MUST AMAZING PART WAS MY BROWS! PLEASE ASK FOR TINA!! ??They look amazing, as though they were tented, but not. good customer service, Kim, great on the pedicure. also a great relaxing feel in the place.. like home

Up charged like crazy! Regular Dip($40) with tip & shape and they charged for length, $60! That is an extra $20! The nails are not even super long! Dip, shape, tip and again length which was the same length as the other dip + Chrome $55 +$15= $70!
Plus, prices are higher when using credit card! Had to polish toes again on one of the pedicures. The chrome was not the right color chrome. They look yellow, not pink like she asked for. Did not like this place and will not return! The guy at the front did not seem to care either! Only went because we had a gift card. I will stick to Mimosa Nail Bar down the street!

Lady at the front confused and don’t understand what we say… bad experience…. have asked for matching colors feet and nails, repeated more than twice, however ended up different color paint on feet and nails I wasted my time sitting there redoing matching, I came in my lunch break, and other thing when I wanted pedicure I know what I want they should give menu and move away instead lady is PUSHING me to buy the COSTLIER pedicure, NO PROFESSIONALISM….. since you wanted to know more…

Awful experience. My nail tech continuously filed my nails crooked and I left with uneven non matching nails. They’re super thick and on one hand the gloss came off before I even left the salon. One of the nails was glued on improperly and was pointing upwards at the ceiling. Not only that but she was very rough. When I went back the nail tech blamed me for the gloss coming off and said I had to pay again to have them removed when I didn’t have another hour and a half to sit at the salon and have everything redone. I left with the acrylic mostly removed but a lot of residue left on my nails and skin and they still tried to charge me for it and said there’s nothing they can do. Worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life and horrendous customer service. Someone else was complaining about something else while I was there as well. Never go here!!!

My man and I stumbled upon Nail Palace while out looking for coffee. We had THEE BEST experience there. We both got pedicures and I got a manicure as well. The service was awesome!! The employees make the place more welcome. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

This has been my choice of nail salon for 8 months now but today my nail tech didn’t speak English whatsoever and kept having the manager come translate when I had requests which made it kind of hard. She didn’t clean up my fingers at all after finishing the dip powder. My fingers are wrecked and i am fortunate i didn’t have an important event or occassion immediately following my appointment. For the price of these I just expected more delicate work and attention to detail throughout my visit.

I've been to a lot of pedicure/nail places around Little Elm, Frisco, and Plano but not here until today! It's literally around the corner from me and I will be returning. My pedicure tech hand drew my French tips on my toes... Normally places make a big white line and remove, but not her! I can't wait to ask her for some fun and pretty doodles on my toes next time.

Nice people. Polish selected (blue) was not able to be used and they didn't tell me brought a different color(lavender).
I ended up picking a different color.
Painting of nails and cuticle clipping was not up to par.
Won't be going back.
