I bought an AC recharge product here. The employee helped me use it. However, he had no idea what he was doing. He did not use the product correctly (so it did not work) and he left the cap off my ac valve, which ended up lost! A few months later, my boyfriend helped me use it correctly and the AC worked instantly. I spent months sweating because I thought the product didn't work. I would have been better off without his help and I wish he had been honest about not knowing how to use it.

Once this was a very good O'Reilly's the employees. They where able to help you. I guess it hard to good employees and good manager now in the present environment. There other parts stores.

I will always shop at this particular O’Reilly store because they always go above and beyond for me. Recently , they have changed my key fob remote battery, helped me replace 2 car/motorcycle batteries and helped me with my check engine light. Today in particular, John and Pablo provided outstanding customer service. I’m so blessed and thankful for their help today!!!

Meh, I'll order online.Update 8 months later. 8-22-23 Looks like they got some better employees in store now.It's just a fact, you can't keep bad employees... if you want to goof around on the job, go sign up for the circus.
