Update: This is by far the worst apartment complex in Dallas/Ft. Worth. They apparently hold their maintenance people at gunpoint and will not allow them to fix anything before 5 days….And apparently your kitchen sink repeatedly flooding your kitchen never classifies as an “emergency”. They apparently threaten to fire their maintenance workers if they come to your apartment after hours for “non-emergencies”. I have complained about this very issue, at least 5 times….This place is a joke and please know a cardboard box is better than this place.
Issue never got fixed. We have complained about the kitchen sink and garbage disposal since we moved in 6 months ago.

Moved in less then a week ago. Put in several maintenance request 3 days ago and all I get is a response of ' we are reviewing your request'. 1. The washer does not fully spin, leaving water in the clothes. 2. Microwave on top filter and bottom grill totally gross! filthy filthy. 3. Shower head doesnt stay in place. these are some of the items. I go to lease agent, she says it's not an emergency and will be address later.... She is rude and unfriendly. The apt smelled like stale smoke, I had to wash the cabinet doors to help get rid of smell. Wish I had known before I signed the paperwork.

We lived here for a year and everything was perfect never had an issue with anything the office team is awesome and so is the maintenance team smooth move in and smooth move out i highly recommend this property

I am pretty satisfied with the staff, maintenance, and community. So satisfied that I’ve been in the same complex for 5 years and I do plan on renewing my lease for a 6 year. As previously stated, I love the area. I think that’s pretty much why I am continuing to renew my lease.

Outside maintenance called to fix leak were respectful, quick, and did a great job. Three weeks later, after severall requests, Orion McCord sent Tony, who did a good job. I'm moving out this month as this complex has problems I no longer want to deal with. I gave them a 4 because the called in people quickly and handles the problem. But when it came to finishing the job with regular maintenance, the get 1 for timeliness.

I'm going into my 7th year of living at Orion McCord Park. It's a place I call home. I've enjoyed living here all these years. The current management staff is doing an exceptional job at being proactive in maintaining the property along with satisfying residential concerns.
A great place to consider when searching out a place to live. The management team led by Linda and her assistant Brianna does an exceptional job. The maintenance team led by Glen and followed by Tony, Jason and JD are super-efficient and dedicated to making the residents feel at home. This is a resident centric management team that let's you know they care. Given this and the convenience and amenities offered it's been a great experience for my wife and I living at Orion McCord Park.

Orion McCord is a great place to live. The office staff is responsive to my needs and gets things done in a timely manner. The overall neighborhood is awesome with lots of retail and restaurants nearby and my neighbors are friendly and take care of the property well.

Orion McCord Park Apartments has been an excellent residential experience. After visiting 5 complexes, I’m glad I settled on this one. I highly recommend to anyone seeking an upscale community to reside in.

Maintenance recently came to my apartment and installed new hardware on my kitchen and bath cabinets. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned up afterwards.
Now, I am able to open and shut the cabinet doors with greater ease. Just wishing this had been done 9 years ago, better late than never. Thank you Orion McCord Park for getting this done, now if I could just get you to replace the floors.
