When I had my first phone call with Bob to see if we were a good fit, we talked for a whole hour! In that hour, he never tried to sell me his services. Before I decided to get a personal trainer, I did A LOT of research on the most effective mode of exercise, muscle building, phasing workouts etc. So I went into our phone call knowing exactly what I wanted my workouts to consist of. Bob's philosophy on exercise is shared by the nation's best trainers! Lastly, since Bob and I had similar passions for health and fitness, we had a lot to talk about during our sessions, and he always generously gave me extra time so I could still get in an effective workout.

I have been seeing Bob Todd for a few months now as I have decided to change the way I live and lose some weight. Bob has been very informative with providing an eating plan, sharing how an exercise should be properly done which I haven't had that in the past and getting back to me when I needed input. Thank You Bob for moving me into a healthier lifestyle.

Bob Todd is the best trainer I have had. He is very knowledgeable and is also very concerned about injuries/preexisting conditions his clients may have. He will push you, but is also aware of your limitations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer

I've been training with Bob 2 days a week to strengthen and prepare myself for dance performances and competitions coming up this Spring. He does a great job of formulating workouts that are based around my injuries and specific goals. If I cannot do an excercise or if the ones he's set for me are too easy, he adapts quickly and/or comes up with another one on the fly. I can tell he considers education to be a big part of his work. I appreciate all the information that he is able to share with me, though it can be a bit overwhelming at times. He's very passionate about his work and loves talking about it. I struggle with talking/listening and focusing on my form/exercises at the same time. I have told him this and I can tell over the past few sessions that he has been making an effort to let me focus on my movements.

I have been training with Bob of Reignite Fitness for 6 years now. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. He is always bringing new and innovative workouts to our sessions, which I love! When I had to move out of town, he even started Skype training so I have never had to miss a workout. I highly recommend Bob Todd with Reignite Fitness!

Bob Todd is my trainer at REIGNITE Fitness. I really enjoy working out under Bob, as the work-outs are never really the same. The work-outs are setup to meet my needs, and are adjusted to any problems I have at that time. Bob is really concerned about your TOTAL well being.

Bob Todd is the trainer referred to me by my local athletic center. He has helped me rehabilitate a shoulder injury that prevented me from working out for a year. He tailors my workouts to my abilities while still challenging me to increase my flexibility and strength. He has taught me a great deal about nutrition and supplements. I know I would not be as flexible or strong without his training.
