Unfriendly staff. Me and my husband came for a pick me up to get us through until night and the barista said “I can only make one drink because I close in 5 minutes” gave us a straw that was unfortunately broken and said “have an amazing rest of y’all’s life”. Weird final statement to make to someone you’re trying to get to return.

Jamal is excellent. He is professional, compassionate, and understanding. The coffee machine broke down right after I ordered and he went through great lengths to get me my refund because it was just a few minutes from closing. He even stayed after his shift and waited in line to help me out. It's customer service like this that keeps us coming back! 5 stars! Thanks Jamal!!

The barista that is usually working here makes the best vanilla sweet cream cold brew ?. Every other starbucks I go to does not make it sweet enough, and I'm always disappointed. I'm never disappointed here.

I want to appreciate the staff here for their friendliness and hard work. Though it's inside of Kroger, you will always get your order fast. It seems they are stepping it up and now have more food options as well. I also love how this location has a little station where you can add your own sweetener, just like most starbucks had before covid.

second time at this location and probably last the guy that took my order through drive Thur which I'm thinking he was the manager very rude huffed and puff when i asked about the tumbler cups . he said we only have red i said oh ok that's fine can i have two i get to the window once im at the window the guy kash who was really nice stared to hand me the ornaments i said that's not what i ordered i asked for the tumbler cup so the guy who took the order was like we don't have time to look i said we don't have time to look. i said so do u have time if i come in. the guy had time to refund me the money and he never made eye contact never apologized he DOES NOT NEED TO WORK FOR STARBUCKS EVERY STATBUCKS I HAVE BEEN TO THEY HAVE BEEN SUPER NOCE WHEN I CAME IN THE LADY SAID OH IM SO SORRY ABOUT YOUR EXPRIENCE IN THE DRIVE THRU NOW EVERYONE WAS NICE BUT HIM AND DUE TO THIS I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION I Spent 35$ of my money with this location and u can't go look. IM SORRY BUT THAT IS UOUR JOB ! you found the job the job most definitely didn't find u !

The last two times I have ordered ahead with the app. Both times my orders were more than 15 minutes late. The baristas didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting. I had to wave my arms to get any attention. They were not busy, it was 4pm. Neither time was I apologized to, and it made me late having to wait for them to get my order a second time. Very disappointing bc I’ve gone there for awhile now.
