Great service today. Line was at the door and 15 mins to closing. They both apologized for the time in line, handled customers with care and they didn't make us feel rushed with additional questions or service items. Great job LE!!

Kristine has assisted me in applying for my kids passports and she’s always very helpful. The most recent one had an error (from the passport production end). I still came back to Kristine for guidance and as always she aided me with the process.

The services at the post office in Little Elm were absolutely amazing

I can receive packages to Indiana from other states within 5 days ?. But every time I order from a business in Little Elm, it takes over a month to receive package. Little Elm and Frisco post office is horrible. They blame others, and don’t except responsibility for their part. They do not scan like they should. They don’t keep system updated for people to do tracking. Get people that will do their job! ?These post offices are a disgrace

The worst service this place can have, I made an appointment for my children's passport and they treated me in the most racist and horrible way in front of my children, they had me on the run filling out the form. I don't know how you can see people working like this in this place. place and they did not help me get my children's passports very bad and fatal service

I just saw something unbelievable today @ the Little Elm Post Office. Customer service has been non existent in this PO, but this tops it. There was a young lady in front of me in the line today. In the middle of her transaction with the post office personnel, the person waiting on her just left to go to lunch. SERIOUSLY!!! The young lady was so patient waiting in line but I couldn't stand it - I had to say something to the person waiting on me. In the spirit of the holiday season, I am not going to include the post office worker's name. Otherwise I would without hesitation, as I asked for her name. You can't make this stuff up!

If I could give zero stars I would. I've lost count on how many times I requested a package pickup and they send an email saying they picked it up and nobody ever comes by the store. A regular melody rocks but everybody else makes for a horrible experience.

Just came back from dropping off a package. I have been coming to this post office for a few years and surprisingly, the old Korean lady still works here. She always seems unpleasant to deal with and has an attitude on her. Just today I dropped off some packages where she only had to scan the QR code and still was quite rude. Everybody else that works there has been nice to deal with but the Korean lady always lives up to her nasty attitude.

Jaw dropping incompetence and apathy. This office has no knowledge of EDDM so don't bother. They are proud of it too. The clerk Nancy went out of her way to tell me what she couldn't do for me!!!

I had a horrible experience with customer service at this post office. The woman who helped me, appeared to be from the country of India. As a forenote, let me say this: in my home state (I'm not originally from Texas), the Indian people are courteous, polite, educated and extremely humble. Here, in the beautiful state of Texas, they are rude, obnoxious, demanding, and ignorant... And I'm not saying this based on one experience or two, but several in Texas and many in my home state. The woman at the post office had a 'PJ' name badge, and she lacked everything a customer service employee requires. She was extremely bossy in a demeaning way when I approached her by asking me which way I wanted to send my international document, instead of informing me about prices, she seemed more intent on selling me the highest fee for my lightweight photo. When she 'focused' and realized it was going to Mexico, she ignorantly made me go and fill out a customs declaration form, which I never had to do before, and I told her so, but she was gun-ho on the fact that I had to fill it out because Mexico is international. Therefore she disregarded the fact that it was just a light document containing a photo. Then she shooed me off to the waiting seat to fill out the form, and she did this twice, that's when I told her she needed to chill out and that I was moving... She was super rude.I'm starting to get extremely upset at this point because she was treating me as an object and not as a person...I'm sure this woman probably gets away acting this way at her house, but in the public eye, she requires some serious training. She should be delivering mail instead of being behind the counter, she doesn't have the proper people skills. When I was done filling out the form, which was quickly done within a few minutes, she was finishing up with her last customer, when she decided to yell for help to come out, an Asian lady came out to see why this PJ woman was yelling, and PJ woman said, "oh, there's a line, such and such needs to come out", the Asian woman was awkwardly confounded because I'm the only one in line, and this PJ woman is done with her customer...Now tell me... How could I not feel that she was just trying to push me to another employee???Then, ROUND 2, she yells again, "how are you sending this?" And as she's saying this, a Latino employee came out from the back, and she again makes the comment about how this Latino employee is going to help me because he's from Mexico!!! ????I mean really??? Is this what the postal office hires nowadays?? Ignorant women like these?? She needs to know her job, and it shouldn't matter whether I'm sending to Mexico, Africa, Egypt or any other international country, she needs to be self-sufficient, she needs to know how to!!The nice man who came out, tried to play it off and said that it was this woman's first week (but in a joking way) and that she likes to joke this way, he was trying to apologize for this idiot woman. But this woman had no trace of amusement in her face, she was just stupidly rude. And I wasn't believing either that she was playing around... I, for one, wasn't laughing.Since she didn't get to shove me off to the nice employee, she continued to coerce me into paying a minimum of $60 to send a lightweight photo to Mexico, and with a declaration form... I was really mad now... I told her that it wasn't possible that it's that much to send a photo to Mexico, especially since I have sent one before but, she was standing her ground to it... Then when the nice employee saw and heard that I was questioning this PJ woman, he had to intervene to make my request right... And in the end, I didn't need the declaration form either!!!Like I said, I don't know what's wrong with the Indian culture here in Texas when they lack how to deal and treat people in the public... They should be given an intense training on customer service if that's what they will do,

They keep returning my new drivers license and no one can tell me why. I’m going to have to make another DMV. appointment and pay for them to resend because they’ve tried it 3 times. I’ve confirmed all the information is correct with the DMV. They’re costing me time and money.
