“Swung by the shop today, upon arrival, I was definitely astonished on how clean it was. Tooons of flavors to select from, but exceptional customer care and service when needed assistance or just a little help deciding. Skylar M was amazing help today, and I will definitely be returning in the future!”
“Absolutely love coming here! Kacie has helped me out the last few times I’ve gone and she’s been amazing help, love hearing her recommendations, and appreciate her patience when I’m indecisive!”

“Chaz is awesome down at the Frisco location! He is very knowledgeable and so friendly. Feel great after speaking with him and feel I got all the info and products I needed with confidence. Great experience! Always makes me feel welcome and helps me get the best deals. Always a great experience”
“Looks like I have to re-post my review for this location. Dee has been such a fantastically helpful person every time me and my wife come by the store. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She made some great suggestions when we have no idea what we want and has been spot on each time. She even has texted us to see how some of the CBD stuff has helped my wife's RA. I can't say enough good things about Dee. BTW, this location has a huge amount of the High and Dry seltzers. Please swing by and grab a few, it's buy one get one free. Great time to stock up!”
“She is the best ! I had an amazing experience! The service was excellent from start to finish, and everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into making everything go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service!”

“This is the best stop for smokes on this side of 121! I have been shopping around different stores around this area, but this is now my go to place. The owner is young and motivated, which is enough to make this shop better than near by competitors. I don’t have to worry about what shop to go to for the best prices because this store always has the best prices around town.”

“This has been my smoke shop since switching over to Wizards!! MaHer, the manager is one of the coolest, funniest people you’ll ever meet! Not only is he super knowledgeable on the products, he’s just a funny guy to be around. We can talk about whatever throwback 90s music, all that. Thanks for being you Maher, you are the reason why I choose this as my smoke shop !!!”
“I love coming to this smoke shop. Rashi is sooooo awesome! He remembers my phone number for points, and always has my products ready at the counter when I walk in. Keep up the great work ? ? ?”
“Jason was awesome! Not only did he offer me a cold soda as I entered and left but he made sure I knew as I was buying coils and vape juice about the sale rack! I was expecting to pay over $55 for one bottle of juice and five coils and ended out spending $33 on the same five coils, but with three bottles of vape juice! He was very knowledgeable, kind and willing to go the extra mile so kudos to Jason! I highly recommend the store”

“Jai here at city smoke shop in Lewisville was very very helpful and considerate to our issue we had bought a product and the product come to find out was missing items out of it and he took the time to check other stores for the similar product so we could exchange but they were all out so he gave us an equal to the cost off deal on another item we purchased I highly recommend coming to city smoke in Lewisville great customer service is hard to find these days and Jai at city smoke is the example of how all companies should treat their customers I will return here for all my smoke needs”
“What a GREAT shop! The staff is (beyond) friendly and knowledgeable, and they always have what I want. Jenny, Michael and Riya are always there, with smiles on the faces. It is a welcome change from most of the shops around here where the staff looks like they would rather be anywhere else but there. If you are looking for disposables (of any kind), Smoker's Heaven is the place to go in the Flower Mound area. Their prices are lower than anyone around, and their extended hours definitely help when I need to make a late-night run.”
“This is legit the only store I shop at now. Marlin is the best, most helpful, courteous guy. He has always recommended the best stuff and I've never been let down!!! If I could give them more stars I would!!!!”
