I came to this Verizon store and was added to my sister plan. I received great customer service, was told I qualified for a discount on our plan because of the company I worked for, and even went home with a new phone but, everything went down hill once 7 o’clock hit and the payment was processed. The women rushed me out and didn’t help me with transferring everything from my old iPhone to my new one. When i got home i had to contact Verizon through chat because i couldn’t talk to an actual person on the phone. After 3 hours they finally activated my new phone.
2 weeks later we see that we are getting charged almost $200 more on our bill and I never received an email as told to enter my employees info for the discount. Because of where i worked i tried going to a different location to see if anyone could explain to me why im being charged so much just for them to say we had to come to the original store. I haven’t been with Verizon a month and I’m already having a horrible experience with the store and with the customer service line.

Had a good experience today when I went into the store today with some tech issues on my iPhone. Was prompted and warmly greeted by Eunice and Lexi. They were able to solve the issues with my iPhone. They were patient, friendly and genuinely wanted to fix my iPhones issues. Really appreciate their help and professionalism. Will continue to come to this store for my next iPhone.

Lexie is probably the only competent person in the entire company of Verizon. I appreciate your help. You should give her a raise and everyone else in this company should lose their jobs.

They closed this location! Paying thru their app is VERY OFTEN a Pain because it makes me change my Password TOO often. Paying at their store was easier!

They will charge you a 40 setup fee per line. In claim it was transferring your stuff. When I transfer my own store

I just came in this morning at around 10:30-10:40, and the two people who helped me were Lexi and Brad! I just switched over to version, and they were patient and kind with me through the entire process! The customer service here is much better than what I’ve experienced at T-mobile and ATT! It didn’t take more than 10 minutes! Thank you guys again so much for your help today! Definitely recommend this location!

I understand that they close at 7, but they shut the doors 5 minutes before closing. I am upset that I had to travel 1 hr for this.

Worst store manager ever.didnt want to hear my problem at all.kept talking down to me like I don't understand what she's saying
After I left the store I called Verizon and the representative was attentive to my question and solved it for me
I was right about being charged incorrectly
The manager at the store just wanted me to leave cause she refused to help me
The employee there was good but not the manager

alexandria was amazing! my husband and i were having issues switching carriers from xfinity to verizon and she was able to get our phones activated quickly and easily. very kind and helpful!

I recently brought in a new phone and Alexandria was SUPER helpful in switching everything over, even though I didn't buy it in the store. She was also knowledgeable and gave me several tidbits and pointers I didn't know!

Complete idiot and completely unhelpful. Told me to go talk to a corporate store to discuss issues of an account. Don't do business here. They will not help you. This location deserves to be bankrupted and shut down.

Went here to upgrade my phone this morning and I walked in and it was dead - one guy working and the store looked bare as far as product goes. There was the one guy working and he took a minute to ask what I needed and I said “I’m looking to upgrade my phone.” And he said “what makes you think that?” What? Because I want to upgrade? Then he sat and typed on the computer in complete silence and finally asked my number. I honestly wanted to leave before then but we started into the process only to find out they don’t have the phone I’m looking for. I’m almost thankful that I needed to go to another location because I couldn’t be in there much longer with the awkwardness. I would recommend going to the store on 380 in Frisco. It’s a full Verizon location.
