I felt very welcomed by Aden, he took care of us overall, when we first walked in he greeted us with a smile, and made sure we understood what we were getting and got us a good deal. This makes me ready to continue to use this store as my go to VZW store 10/10

Lexi is a GodsendShe told me that the person who had set up my account, made it to where they were charging me for the phones that I had paid in full for before I walked into the Verizon storeMy bill dropped $150 immediately because she took time to help me correct this issue.

I had some difficulty’s changing the existing carrier to Verizon. The prior carrier made some errors in my account resulting in two different numbers. After finally getting that straight, Lexi made a couple of phone calls to Verizon tech support and explained what was wrong, Going from 4-5 days chasing the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. I’d still be without a phone without her expertise and customer focus. In other words, prior to Lexi’s help, I had a nice new black box, not a phone. I’d definitely go back for our next purchase. New to verizon and Have had issues since my fiancé and I signed the contract. Lexi, the new store manager at the little elm location was beyond knowledgeable and gave us information that 2-3 other locations never mentioned. Even in the hour after visiting Lexi, service is already working better. And all she did was mess with some of the cellular settings. She has a great attitude and is very helpful. We will definitely only be going to this location for any need while with Verizon. Thank you for all your help in such a short time Lexi!

Very bad customer service..so dissapointed..i waited there from 6 pm to 8.30 pm...still they could not process the purchase...why dont u train your employees properly....well I came there again this morning...waited 30 more mins...no luck..looks like they dont care about their customers at all...i am not able to recieve device which I have been already paid...i will make sure we switch to other provider ASAP

Verizon never sent my hardware, never sent the shipping email, I have no hardware hence no service, but now they're sending me emails telling me my bill is late. I also spent two hours on the phone and spoke to 7 different people and at the end had zero answers. They couldn't even find account with the account information THEY provided me. Absolutely the worst company you could ever do business with.
