The quality of customer service is extremely poor. I’ve been using the same store for 10 months now and every time I get a prescription filled I have an issue with it. The staff is very rude weather I come in person to get my prescription or call over the phone it never fails. For example I had a prescription called in from my doctor. I called the store to see if they got the prescription from my doctor they said yes and that it should be ready for pick up around 7:00 p.m. I asked them if they would contact me when I could pick it up. The lady said she would text me when it was ready This was at 5:00 p.m. so At 6:50 p.m. I called the store and asked if it was ready. She proceeded to tell me it wasn’t covered by my insurance so in order for me to pick it up she explained that I had to pay for it first. I proceeded to ask her well now how was I supposed to come pay for it when nobody informed me I had to pay in advance. I asked her why didn’t anyone bother to contact me with this information. She had no response whatsoever. I have stage 4 breast cancer and I am on a new medication just about every week and I rely heavily upon the medications I need. For my pharmacy to ignore this fact I am extremely appalled. I will not be using Walgreens in little Elm on Eldorado and 423. Anymore

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm currently on hold with them and they keep placing me on hold every time the phone rings. Prescriptions are never in stock and you have to physically go up to find that out instead of just being able to call and get your prescriptions sent to a nearby location that has stock. They need to shut this one down unfortunately. These people hate their jobs.

First time here. Dr had to give pharmacy order more than once. Called at 2pm asked when it would be ready. Was told by 7pm. At 8pm is was not ready, was told it would be longer, that there was an insurance issue. All I did was change Walgreens and they have lost my account after years of getting prescription filled at different location.
Luckily CVS is across the street. When the large employee came over to pretend to front shelves as I was asking why I was lied about when my perception would be ready was hilarious.

I truly appreciate Destiny’s outstanding customer service. She took the time to personally call me and let me know there was an issue with my order. Thanks to her proactive approach, everything was resolved smoothly. I’m so grateful she reached out and kept me informed—her kindness and professionalism made all the difference.

Literally 15 to 20 minutes per car to pick up a prescription. The service is terrible. They are so unorganized.. I will never get a prescription here again. Cars lined up with no movement. I sat here for 30 minutes. It’s ridiculous.. Done ! Never again!!!!

My husband needs his antibiotic! Doc sent order early morning on a Thursday, as of late Friday, still saying it’s “not in stock” for name brand nor Generic!
We can’t use CVS any longer due to Insurance contact.
Not impresssd. Luckily I can switch to Kroger pharmacy!
After this prescription (if we ever get it), we will not use Wal Greens.

Both drive thru windows closed down must pick up prescription inside. One one staff member servicing ouch RX lines. Waiting 50 minutes
What is DM doing about fixing drive windows or even smarter adding more service staffing?

Most Walgreens are terrible, it this is a new level of awful. For 8 straight days I was told my medication would be here on tomorrow’s delivery. Today the 8th day, they finally said they have no idea when they will get it in. This is a daily medication that I haven’t been able to take for over a week… Never using Walgreens again!

Poor Customer Service. You are partnering with Fedex but deny drop off claiming you do not have space in the Fedex wardrobe though I can see with my own eyes you had space. Lazy employee and unprofessional customer service. Thumbs down Walgreens.
