If I could, I’d give this a 0 out of 5. Been coming here for months, never have had an issue. Today though, wow, I am seriously appalled by the behavior of said “staff” member. Using profanity, disgusting attitude along with comments, super aggressive and rude. Cussing at customers, announcing “Big washer, anyone using it, come get your shit! Last time I’m gonna say it”
Took my cart that was in use to give it to some guy, someone she knew and I’m gonna assume it was her man. She took my things out an i looked at her, said: “Excuse me, I’m using that” and her response was “I need it and I work here so” she even proceeded to try to intimidate me as she spoke. Common courtesy would’ve been to ASK me for it. In all honesty I would’ve said yes because I was about to put my things in the dryer. She argued with a customer then proceeded to make it known that because it was her shift she was running things the way she wanted. Very entitled white woman. I’m gonna put it that way, every time I’ve gone it’s always been a dark haired man there and he’s very quiet and polite. Wash zone get this woman some proper training and BASIC customer service skills. Absolutely disgusting. There were children present as well and she just, wow, honestly as much as I do like this place I don’t think I’ll be returning or next time I see the other employee there I’ll ask him when his shifts are because good god almighty. She should be fired. If the owner is reading this, run her out before she scares your customers away.

Cammy is the best! Our washer went out and I had 3 trash bags of laundry and she washed, dried and folded and was so great to work with. She is a sweetheart and did a great job on our laundry!

This place is too much expensive ($5 is the little one wash machine)
and see how dirty is the location .. I have been in others more cheaper and more clean even their restrooms .. but here is too much disgusting..

Dirty laundry mat and smells like mildew.
My dryer broke so I came here. The big washer is $12 and the dryer is only for 5 minutes unless you pay for more cycles. I washed 3 loads and spent more than $40. Did i mention this place smells. Never coming here again.

The place is very neglected and dirty. It's so dusty everywhere, and I don't even think they mop the dirty areas. This place definitely needs to be inspected. Hygiene is zero.

Austin is such a kind attendant. My dryer stopped working and I had to find a local laundromat. He didn’t hesitate to help me. This guy is amazing, very professional, and just a good person.

I haven't been to a laundromat in years. This place is expensive for no reason. Half the machines don't work and the laundry card kept getting stuck. This place stinks and was very dirty. I dried my clothes on high heat 3 different times and they still were damp. As much as they charge just to wash the dryers should be free. Whomever owns this needs to do better.

Today was the first time I came here, it was 8:45pm the lady working turned the lights off my stuff was still on 8 mnt to finish washing, another man was drying his clothes two more ladies had just started to dry their clothes! 😂 What was she going to do keep us in the dark because is closing time! It was so rude, on top of that the lady working was on her phone having an argument with someone,I thought she was actually yelling at someone in the office area lol then we seen she was arguing on her phone that’s how loud it was!! She made had a bad day but Jesus Christ please do better!

This place is so filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks or months. The area to put the detergent is filthy and has old detergent. I came here not knowing but will gladly go the extra mile next time to another laundry mat that is clean. So many of machines are out of order.

This guy here is the best. 80lbs of laundry for an amazing price and 24 hour turn around. I was even late picking up, he was ready for me right before they closed and he was so happy to help. Even helped me load everything. Will definitely do business here again

24 minutes on high heat for underwear, socks and tshirts of a small load and still not dry. Made to eat up your money. Guess inflation is hitting the laundrymat too

VERY expensive!!!
Cost over $60 to do a few simple loads.
I should have saved my money and made the trip to the other that's only around 20 dollars every time I go.
Oh, you also have to get a special laundry card of which they charge you for as well, then load it through your debit or credit card or cash to use the machines
