It seems this location has a lot of negative reviews in correspondence to a woman who works mid-day and her condescending attitude.
Visited this location on 04/09/2024 around 1:30pm and left completely baffled at how she spoke to me. I simply can not believe she still has a job here with as many negative reviews as there are, that are very obviously catered to her.
Not out of spite, but because of how uncomfortable I felt, I am personally okay with driving further to a different location to avoid talking to this woman.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! Zipit has been my go to for package drop off for years! HOWEVER recently I had a phone device return I dropped off safely here, 2 weeks after the insurance company advised they could not locate the package and was going to charge me 1k for the missing device!!! I emailed and went to the Zipit and with MICKIs help we were able to track down the package and correct mailing number for my package because the insurance company had the incorrect information! Micki researched this issue for me over the span of days and saved me funds I didnt have at my disposal! Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Rude customer service.The woman behind the counter got upset because I wanted to get a physical receipt of drop off for my package.She asked me for my email address, which I didn't understand at the moment, why she needed it. If she would've told me ahead of time that it was to send me an electronic receipt, I would have said NO. Why else was I standing in line to get a physical receipt?? Not only that, I got that receipt 2 days later!!At the end end, she rudely told me that next time I brought a package, I can leave it in the DROP Off section and that they'd take care of it....Really?? That's not the kind of service I want. Obviously, I just want a physical receipt right away, no email with strings attached...

Very very unhappy with the customer service this morning. I have gone there frequently for the 9 years I have lived here, but never again. I realize I signed my form at home, but I am a known customer. It wasn't so much that my need for a notary was declined, but the CSR seemed almost delighted to turn me away. She even chuckled. Perhaps she could have recommended using their copier to make a fresh blank one to sign, but no .... she just chuckled. Never going back .... never.
