Rude customer service.The woman behind the counter got upset because I wanted to get a physical receipt of drop off for my package.She asked me for my email address, which I didn't understand at the moment, why she needed it. If she would've told me ahead of time that it was to send me an electronic receipt, I would have said NO. Why else was I standing in line to get a physical receipt?? Not only that, I got that receipt 2 days later!!At the end end, she rudely told me that next time I brought a package, I can leave it in the DROP Off section and that they'd take care of it....Really?? That's not the kind of service I want. Obviously, I just want a physical receipt right away, no email with strings attached...

Very very unhappy with the customer service this morning. I have gone there frequently for the 9 years I have lived here, but never again. I realize I signed my form at home, but I am a known customer. It wasn't so much that my need for a notary was declined, but the CSR seemed almost delighted to turn me away. She even chuckled. Perhaps she could have recommended using their copier to make a fresh blank one to sign, but no .... she just chuckled. Never going back .... never.

My first time was great here I was amazed at how easy it was, doesn’t matter what kind of package you have you can just scan and go. But my last visit the guy “helping” me said that he can’t take my package cause they don’t take the kind of package it was (ups) I asked if he could just try to scan my QR code. He looked at it with his eyes and said he doesn’t recognize it. Just go the extra mile to whatever carrier your package is for so you don’t have to deal with lazy employees like this ! Edit: I came back to the store with proof that it’s a ups package and he’s still sayin that they don’t accept ups even though I’ve done it before and it says on there window that they accept ups packages!!!!EDIT2: The employee could have explained to me that the QR code was the problem instead of saying that you don't accept ups and asking why I'm arguing when all I wanted was an explanation. I'm Sorry that your employee ruined it for everyone but Neither I nor my family will ever be returning.

Zip It Postal Center in Little Elm is hands down my place to fo for postal and printing needs. They also have great gifts for the family. The staff is knowledgeable, fast and super friendly!! I cannot recommend them enough. Don't go to the national print company - support our local Little Elm Zip It Postal Center!!

Zip It in Little Elm is FANTASTIC. I HIGHLY recommend using their services. They are efficient, professional, and they treat you like family. I have been coming here for years and wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. Everyone that works there goes out of their way to help you. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

As a business owner it pains me when other businesses make it hard to give them money. They only take CC for $3 or more.The difference between 1 and 3 is minuscule. Businesses needed to accept that CC fees, processing fees are the cost of running a business and factor that in when setting prices and not create rules that creat pain points for customers.
