“Living in the Killeen area, I used to dread going to the post office—there were always long waits, and the postal workers were rarely pleasant. Since moving to Belton, it’s been a breath of fresh air. I’ve gone to the post office twice already, and both times there were no long lines. The postal workers are friendly, ask how you’re doing, and the front area is clean and well-kept. It makes the entire experience feel so much more pleasant and stress-free. Kudos to them because they changed my attitude about going to the post office.”
“USPS has been doing excellently lately all things considered. Had a package with signature required that I missed. Went to the post office and a nice lady dedicated a good bit of time helping me out. Got a call later in the day from her and the mail carrier saying they had the package, then they gave me good instructions on how I can have it delivered in the parcel box. I feel bad having hung up on you towards the end as you started speaking again! Thank you a ton for the help.”
