“Wright's worked seamlessly with Farm Bureau Insurance company to repair my vehicle. Michael's communication was top-notch, and he even arranged for a manager to stay 45 minutes late for me to pick up the finished truck after hours. Not only is the body work perfect, but the repair was completed 8 days earlier than my estimated date. And, it's always nice to pick up a freshly cleaned vehicle, inside and out. I am so appreciative and pleased with Wright's. Highly recommend!”

“We had a blow out and saw that this shop was 3 minutes away. The technicians were very friendly and helpful. They filled the spare with more air since it was low and checked the other tires as well. We are very thankful we found this place 30 minutes before closing!”

“I was driving a used car I had just purchased from Temple TX to Santa Fe and it started acting funny around Lubbock. By the time I made it lo Littlefield it was stalling out. I found this place by chance but I’m glad I did. Everyone from the front office to the mechanics were extremely helpful and friendly. After the diagnostics test it was deemed to be a major problem. Instead of throwing some parts on it and charging me for parts and labor that would just be a short term fix, they suggested I notify the dealer I got the car from. They were very honest and upfront and bent over backwards to get me to Lubbock to make arrangements for a rental car to get me on my way. I would definitely use AWT for my main mechanic if I lived in the area.”

"I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back. This network has given me so much, and I can't wait to continue building my business and representing the brand."
