The whole staff at Ashley’s in Live Oak was friendly, caring and patient. Chris did a phenomenal job listening to my needs, concerns and budget. He spent hours with me, assisting me to find the perfect furniture for my new beginnings. Highly recommend!

What I thought would be an amazing experience turn into a nightmare so please have caution. I went to Ashley’s because they were having a huge liquidation sale. I found a bed for a decent price and asked all the questions. What is wrong with it, any missing parts, etc. I was told it had a few minor scratches but parts were all there. So I paid and came back 2 days later to pick it up, the bed had broken parts, missing pieces and they were not even interested in helping. I had to run and repair and purchase missing pieces to use it. What I thought would be a first of many other items we were going to buy there that will be my first and last . I should have noticed when the sales people were not really interested in selling or assisting. Guess you gotta have the right look not the right stack.

My recliners were purchased in March 2023. The purchasing was ok, delivery so-so, but NEVER buy a warranty from Ashley's. After I received no information on the warrant company, I was given two different companies that had my extended warranty. After being told I wasn't in the system of either company, I tried to work with the manager at the physical store. Although very nice, he wasn't able to help and I was told to call customer service. On Friday, 02-23-24, I spoke with a customer service representative and was told that the Accounting department would call me within 72 hours and I was given a reference number. At that time I made it clear that I wanted a full refund, $600. On Tuesday, 02-27-24, I called back and was given the name of a third warrant company and was told to call them to cancel my warranty. This company had my warranty AND they had receipt of it on 02-23-24. So, the warranty was NEVER purchased until after I began to ask about it. Now I'm being given the run around between each company and told to wait 30 days for a pro-rated refund. I cannot express how upset I am, just stay away from Ashley's

Okay- going to be very honest here. Ashley’s furniture in Selma location has never had the besttttttt customer service… at least in my experience. (Last time I was here was 2 years ago- it wasn’t Bad but it wasn’t great). However, today was much different.Vincent was awesome! He was straightforward, had all the answers, honest, funny, and just overall a great guy! We got in, looked around, didn’t have that OVERLY hovering vibes, but just enough to where we didn’t have to SEARCH for someone to answer questions. Anyways- we also left to go look at another nearby furniture store and came back- got what we needed and more! Vincent gave us some friendly tips and advice, etc. boom. Out the door. Easy-breezy- beautiful. Thanks Vincent!!!

I’m like 99% of Americans: I don’t like salesman and lawyers. I don’t like feeling pressured or pushed into anything.DANTE IS AMAZING.Buying a new bed for my soon to be 13yr old daughter’s birthday (but going on 18…we all know) and she is SOOOOO EASY to shop for. She tells you exactly what she wants, doesn’t shrug her shoulders and say I don’t know, doesn’t ever say “I guess that’s ok” and make you question your self worth as a Father…kidding. Ok I’m done with the fairy tale.Dante helped her figure out what she would like, not only at 13, but at 17. She talked to my daughter and not her daughter’s wallet (me…I’m the wallet). My babygirl got to use her voice and she was incredibly patient to get the best range of options for her wants.I can’t say enough about her candor and professionalism and she knew the entire section of the store to help us.Will be back to see her again when we need anything else furniture wise.Did I mention we tried Ashley’s first and got attacked like baby squids being dropped in a piranha tank? No…well we did and that’s how we ended up meeting Dante at RTG in Selma.Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
