Just went in to return an item we purchased and did not end up using. Nathan helped us and it was the most pleasant return experience I have had since moving to Texas. Thank you so much! I I look forward to using this location more often because of the great customer service experience.

The shoe section and the toy section are very frustrating. They are a mess. I understand people just leave things everywhere but someone needs to be in charge and clean up the aisles every once in a while. There also need to be more benches to try on shoes. Just one is not enough.Good prices and good mark downs.

Went to Burlington this evening to look for some Christmas stuff and this store has a lot! The staff is very friendly Mr. Ron at the register is awesome he definitely master his craft! Down to earth funny and fast he checked me out quick and didn’t leave any sensors on my items thanks Ron I will definitely come back again!!

Manager very unprofessional, he didn't know the hold policy. I went to another location and they were able to hold the same item for the day. This is my go to location and I will not be coming to this location again. Burlington do better.

This store has deteriorated tremendously.It's dirty and extremely disorganized including the check-out area.The restrooms are disgusting.Definitely in need in better management and someone who gets the store in better shape.

This store never has a wide selection of business attire for the smaller petite lady (2-4), but they got plenty size 8, 10, 12, etc.
