I’ve committed myself to go here because it’s close and convenient but things have changed!!! No more water, no air, no fluid check, no courtesy! They used to come to the vehicle and ask what service you wanted, now they just yell at you from the inside “what you need!” I Could have gone to some mom and pop joint for that. I just expected more for paying $100+.

The staff were incredibly nice and informative of their services. The shop manager introduced himself and was very personable. One of, if not the, most pleasant oil change trips I’ve ever had. 👏👏

These guys are great. The two young men and supervisor helped me out and honored their customer satisfaction warrenty when a out of state Take 5 recently put the wrong oil (5w20 not 5w30), didnt tighten my oil filter and over filled my oil which started to spew out of the PCV tube and drip down to the oil pan. Free oil change replacement with correct oil - Gen 2 mustang GT FBO.
