I finished up with work under the impression that I had a little time before they closed. Unfortunately I did not look at the weekend hours and got to the store woth minutes to spare.
They let me know they would be closing soon, however Efrain, went out of his way to accommodate us and streamlined the process of getting more order in without making it feel rushed.
Thanks to him we will have our materials ready for pickup on time and Diane assisted with making me a pro member real fast during check out. Thank you both for showing us thay our business is valued by going the extra mile.

I went to Floor and Decor to find samples of stone for my fireplace. Nicole was extremely helpful. She walked me to the department and helped me find a sample. She told me what kind of saw to use for cuts and saved the code for the sample in the computer so my builder could easily find it later. And she did it all with a smile. Thank you Nicole!

I went to the Floor & Decor Live Oak location with my mother-in-law as she was looking for flooring to match the tile in the front of her home with the rest of the back rooms. We were immediately greeted by Marcus G., and I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable, professional, and helpful he was throughout our visit.
Marcus took the time to explain the different flooring options, the pros and cons of each, and really listened to what my mother-in-law wanted. He even helped us find the perfect match for her existing tile, which made the decision process so much easier. His patience, expertise, and friendly personality made what could have been an overwhelming task into an enjoyable and stress-free experience.
Thanks to Marcus, my mother-in-law was able to make an informed decision with complete confidence. He truly went above and beyond, and we left feeling extremely satisfied with the entire process. Floor & Decor is lucky to have Marcus on their team, we highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at the Live Oak location!
