“I always have a good shopping experience at Sprouts Bulverde Road location! I do want to point out that Gino, meat dept, always goes above & beyond. The dept. is always clean & organized. He is friendly & interacts with the customers, assisting them with their questions. One Sunday I’d asked for lamb chops but he said he was out of them. He actually tracked me down in the frozen section & let me know he had some. He’s the best! It’s this level of service that has me returning weekly to Sprouts! Excellent customer service, Gino!!!”

I went with the option he said he takes. He answered any questions I had and definitely explained the product I was purchasing. I did look at the reviews before entering and saw some negative ones, but we all know Karen's can just leave bad reviews when it doesn't go their way.
