So many roaches I’m dealing with in a unit I just moved into :( not a great start to living here I’ve had pest control already come 3 times and the problem is still bad in the kitchen especially idk if this is happening to other units but be careful as this is the worse thing to deal with especially coming from a different apartment that didn’t have this problem.

This is a nice property and Emilia in the office is an angel. With that being said, moved here in March and my dryer has NEVER worked properly. Delicates, which are to be tried with no heat only stand a chance on a heated dry, which still leaves clothes damp, even after several cycles. My electricity bill is creeping up. Maintenance brought us a dryer from another unit. The last person who came was super condescending, touching aprons hanging on my wall in the kitchen stating that the clothes in the dryer felt just as dry as the apron. First they blamed bird nests, and the last claimed it's the humidity in these apartments. I have literal water/condensation inside my dryer! I am 42 years old and have lived in apartments my entire adult life. I have NEVER had this issue with a dryer, nor been made to feel like a piece of garbage for continuing to contact maintenance for something that should be working properly. I submitted another order last night when, after several cycles, my towels were still very wet. They closed out the order this morning without ever coming. Don't move here unless you want to be treated like a huge inconvenience.

The only nice thing about these apartments are the apartments itself.
Management sucks,there is never any parking unless you want to park 2 miles away from your apartment, the trash is always over flowing and when it’s time to move out they charge you for every little thing even when everything was perfectly fine!

I have been here for a few years now, and have enjoyed my time here. The audacity of some of these reviews is crazy. To leave a bad review for being kicked out of the pool because you don't even live here is crazy! Please take in consideration that some of these people are just mad, and clearly dense. I love it here!

First I will start with we were at the pool and we do not live there, my daughter used to for a few years so we were familiar yet still in the wrong, BUT there were two other ladies there that do NOT live there as well…..difference my family is black they were white! So I found a broken bottle in the water a huge piece of glass that would have cost them ALOT had someone stepped on it. The ladies that do not live there, but I didn’t know at the time, suggested I provide it to the office for their awareness. Dumb move because the manager was already eye balling us and whispering to other girls in the pool and that opened up the door for questions, however in good faith did the right thing. So she takes the glass from me, with zero gratitude, no smile, pure RUDE and then comes out after me and says who are you with. I was honest and stated just me and my son and granddaughter. My son’s pool was closed and my daughter lived here for a long time I am just in town for the weekend so we came here. In a nutshell shell she said well you can stay today since you brought me glass, but you’re not allowed back here. I acknowledged and thanked her and carried on. When I returned to the pool the ladies asked was she thankful I said no actually and I shared what happened. Which is how I found out they didn’t live there either. So fast forward about an hour the manager comes back out she starts talking to some old man and the ladies where packing up that we had been talking with all afternoon who do NOT live there, the older white ladies, and she comes over to me with the old man and says “y'all packing up?” Very rude, stoic face, I said no but we will if your saying we need to and she said “yea that’s best” and then she went over to the group of girls that were hanging out and started whispering to them again while the old man sat and watched us. We had no music, we had no alcohol, we were not causing any disturbances everyone was interacting with us and having a nice time. Again I acknowledge we were in the wrong, but clearly she had a very serious problem with black and none with white. You didn’t question anyone else! She said we could stay today and then came and embarrassed my family for no reason. If she wanted us to leave she could have said that when I gave her the glass protecting HER from a lawsuit! And what’s even worse is she wasn’t even white. Rules are Rules and I didn’t push back with her once, but blatant targeting is unacceptable and should be addressed.

I really like this facility. Clean, comfy and nice amenities. The pool area is actually usable. Have hammocks and a wheel chair access.

We just moved here from a not so great experience at our last place, looking for a fresh start. This place is just that! It’s beautiful and everyone is so friendly. The amenities are amazing and I actually like that towing is enforced. That way actual residents get to park here. Nothing but nice things to say! Definitely move here!

Horrible staff, shady company. Just greedy for the money. Staff won’t govern you a clear picture of the terms and conditions. Only promises and then comeback and says you don’t qualify for the promotion due to some weird rules and conditions. Non refundable and application for application that was not approved is a scam.

Just completed a 1 year lease in a 2 bedroom and currently starting another year lease in a 3 bedroom. I have lived in a lot of apartments in my life and have a lot of horror stories but my family and I LOVE these apartments! My daughters have told me countless times! MOMMY I LOVE OUR PLACE but honestly it might just be because Starbucks is literally ten feet away and they are obsessed with it. Never had any problems and maintenance is always quick to respond! Never had problems with neighbors. Was afraid I’d have to leave when my older daughter was wanting her own bedroom and looked around at a few other place and it was a MAJOR price difference but after talking to the office we were able to upgrade to a 3 bedroom for only about 100 bucks more! They made the move so seamless and easy!! Food Truck Wednesday Season is always so great!!! Discovered my new favorite food truck that way! The infinity pool is always so fun and the clubhouse is really beautiful! Here’s hoping we have another great year! :)

I would honestly avoid this complex at all cost I haven’t even been here a year and can’t wait till my lease is up, they won’t solve any issue. You have in a timely manner and you’re just an inconvenience to them. It seems like.

Now that my lease is done, I plan to come forward with my experiences here. If you’re looking for a place to rent, DO NOT GO HERE! For years, I had horrible experiences here with management, quality of life, and security.
1. Every time I went down to the leasing office, I was seen as an inconvenience when I would try to make accommodations or discuss things with them. I requested to have my countertops changed out and needed a specific date so I could put up my pets. They failed to call me the day of and the people who installed them left my door wide open. I was upset with how lazy they fail communicating with their tenants.
2. Their gate was broken a majority of the time and no cameras on the outside (except for the dumpster so they can catch people dumping cardboard). They don’t care for the safety of their tenants. There are incidents of cars being broken into.
3. Speaking of safety, someone left a homophobic note on my car windshield. When I sent the message to property management, their response was dismissive and lack of empathy. I felt targeted just for how I dressed too! (TW: picture attached contains slur.)
4. There was a tenant who warned me and my partner asked if we heard anything bizarre at night. We didn’t (at the time). However, this tenant warned us that there was someone running around our complex at night, trying to break into units with a knife! If I was single and since I’m a woman, I WOULD BE TERRIFIED!
5. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything. At night, we heard of a few domestic violence issues. I called the cops once about it because I didn’t know if someone was going to be in serious danger. We sent noise complaints about our upstairs neighbor because we would hear loud noises at 2-4am. We couldn’t sleep and there is no courtesy office on site. Add on the fact that our building sank and the foundation is bad. (See pictures attached.)
6. I paid them to get out of my lease early and had to pay more rent, then cleaning fees and carpet replacement (even if you have pets, you are subject to this. No matter how much you clean.)
In their lease, they are supposed to provide safety and security as a property management team. But, I felt anything but safe. Besides this place looking like “luxurious living”, it’s a bold lie! Save your money (maybe your sense of security too) and DO NOT RENT HERE!
Edit: Funny how you are now charging lower rent than what I paid out for. This place is a total sham!
