“Suddath movers were very professional, friendly, and quick. Furniture was adequately padded and packed to avoid any significant damage. Mirrors and glass panels in the furniture were protected and arrived intact. The movers doing the packing and unpacking arrived at the scheduled times, and the shipment was delivered in less than a week.
The moving estimate was done by video conferencing and accurately documented the items to be moved. The moving cost was slightly higher than some estimates from competitors, but the very detailed and thorough cost estimate by Suddath inspired more confidence that the move would not result in any property loss or damage.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the movers and level of communications with the company before, during, and after the move.”

“I had a wonderful experience with the movers and driver. They were so fast and made sure the floors and doorways were protected. Our furniture was handled with such care as well. The only issue was with the agent that gave us our quote, he made it sound like he would be there through all the steps and Jaden was not and he did mess up our paperwork. There are some things I will have to bring to the attention of the guys who were today but I expect everything will be ironed out before we begin the second half of the total move.Here we go. Nothing like the start of the move. Over the full 3 days of the move, they managed to steal around $3500 worth of jewelry, $500 worth of hard to get weed, and then managed to break my desk, coffee table, anything that had a “stick” on it, and dented all three pieces of my brand new bookshelves. I found during the apartment walkthrough that they had run my furniture along the walls leaving marks on both the walls AND my furniture. I tried to speak to the guy who owns the company and what he said was “why’d you wait so long? Huh?” And he refunded $50 on a bill of over $3k. Do. Not. Do. Business. With. These. People.”

“We have never used a moving company before, called them and Larry, the owner came out and did a detail list of our belongings, gave a quote, this was about a month in advance. The day of the move, he had 3 movers come in and had our belongings packed and loaded within 4 hours. They were amazing, friendly, really took care of our stuff. We had to use 2 of their 28 foot trucks. Moved out of a 2400 sq ft home, plus all the stuff in the back, from San Antonio to Lubbock. Arrived the next morning, prompt and ready to unload. That took about 2 hours, and still very professional and friendly. Not one 1 was dented, scratched, broken, cracked, etc. We were very impressed to say the least. Will highly recommend them for your next move. They are hard workers. The owner is nice and courteous. So, for your next move, I would highly recommend them. We'll worth the money, plus they give military discount.”
