I cannot recommend Einstein enough-Your belongings are expensive, moving is hard and stressful but Einstein Moving cares for your things and makes the whole process stress free. **Side note-may be coincidence, but highly doubt it -we used another company to move from Dallas and they were horrible in so many ways. But one thing that stood out was that after they (Dallas) connected our washer/dryer, we had issues with the washer leaking. We even paid a hefty fee for an appliance service to have it checked. Anyways, it stopped leaking after our team reinstalled the washer in our new house…I know this isn’t their specialty but talk about mind blown!!**”

“So far with only half the move finished most things went very well. There are some things I will have to bring to the attention of the guys who were today but I expect everything will be ironed out before we begin the second half of the total move.Here we go. Nothing like the start of the move. Over the full 3 days of the move, they managed to steal around $3500 worth of jewelry, $500 worth of hard to get weed, and then managed to break my desk, coffee table, anything that had a “stick” on it, and dented all three pieces of my brand new bookshelves. I found during the apartment walkthrough that they had run my furniture along the walls leaving marks on both the walls AND my furniture. I tried to speak to the guy who owns the company and what he said was “why’d you wait so long? Huh?” And he refunded $50 on a bill of over $3k. Do. Not. Do. Business. With. These. People.”

Nancy Kreft (who did our estimate) did the best job of explaining our move because she really knows our area. When you see their experienced movers in action, you know you're in good hands. It was amazing to see how they thoroughly prepped the move, and took exceptional care of us. We gave the Heritage movers the biggest tip we have ever given any movers because they deserved it!By the way, I was puzzled as to why there are a number of recent negative reviews for Heritage Movers (Texas) when our experience was exceptional. Nancy, if you're reading this review, you need to report these negative reviews to Google because they're not for your company, they're for a interstate (not local Texas) moving company called "Heritage" based in Medley, Florida. Unfortunately, when you post a reply trying to correct a negative review meant for a different company, Google thinks (due to the reply) that you're acknowledging it as belonging to your company, and doesn't help you remove it!”
