Storage starts off cheap was $112 first total with taxes and fees before second year was $300. Every 6 months or so bill goes up about $50-$65 dollars with just one month warning of the increase

Spoke with Holly on the phone after being a customer for a very longtime. I left the building 2 days after rent was due and got bill the full amount for a 10*20 unit of 280.00 for 2 days of being there.
She called and stated that she will take care of the bill due to my history as a customer. Holly was a great help in this matter and i great appreciated her customer service.
I would refer people to store there good here which is a well protected area and great customer service.

I called to inquire information about a storage unit. Morgana was the associate I had the pleasure of speaking with. She is very friendly, and helpful. She answered all my questions and you could tell she had a smile on her face without having to be there in person. Great customer service skills! Looking forward to meeting her when I finally make my way that way.

I was hesitant on using this facility until I met a wonderful customer service rep named Morgana who answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently with kindness and a smile. Definitely recommend renting from her specifically and whoever her mgmt is should give her raise bc she is a multitasking queen handling calls, in person requests and conducted a lovely tour of all available storage spaces in my price range! You’re in great hands if Morgana is the one assisting you, so professional! Thanks again for the exceptional service ?
