My 8yo had labs and it was her first time. Staff was patient and explained to her what they were going to do to ease her fears. The lab tech was very gentle and my 8yo didn't;t even feel the poke! Another lab tech nearby also was kind and talked calmly to my kiddo.

I was extremely happy withQuest, with the app ,the appointment making, the in person service. The kindness of the phlebotomist and the location was very easy to get to.

Easy to get to and from my home. The office is clean, well maintained and has self check in which makes my wait pleasant. The health technician, Stephanie, is very skilled at drawing blood. So, I’m happy with the service provided by Quest.

This location does not conduct employer drug tests. This doesn’t say this anywhere on their website or when I attempted to schedule an appointment.

I needed to give a urine sample. You had no water available for me to drink. I had to leave the office to drink from a fountain. Getting back in was very awkward. The lobby was full and I had to knock on the door and glass for 5 minutes before anyone would answer. The nurse that did answer was about to take blood. Is it so hard to have water available if needed??? Think people!

I arrived on time, was called out very shortly afterward, and received outstanding care. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the Quest staff.

The building smelled moldy, probably because it was old. That is a poor working condition for the employees. The employees were great.

Great experience, easy check in at kiosk and friendly staff but had trouble with directions but once inside I found my way. I'll share photo of building to help anyone who needs it, once you enter go to the elevator to 2nd floor and quest diagnostic is room 207 to your right.

There is no wait time if you make an appointment online. The staff is friendly and making the appointment is easy.

The patient service center was OK,
I am having a far harder time with your MyQuest app due to the issues with identity verification, and no one has gotten back to me.
So the tests I got, I have not been able to see the results of because no one will help me with the identity verification, which is more than a little aggravating
