Staff is not efficient. Arrived an hour early to appt hoping to being seen sooner. Those with appt checked in, and were seen before us. Understandable. However when no appts showed up we waited for 15 minutes with no one being served. Then patients came after the 15 minute wait checked in and again were seen before us. They purposely made us wait to our scheduled appt time rather than helping those waiting. There were 4 people working and none of them took anyone for periods of time. Waited for 45 minutes for something that took 5 minutes to complete. Timed it.

When family members have lab orders, we always schedule an appointment at this location. I like getting my results within a day or two using the MyQuest account. Wait time, staff, service & turn around time are all great.

It was a little confusing to find at first because this location is on the 2nd floor of a medical complex, but I figured it out! Mr. Vincent was very friendly and listened to me when I told him that I had difficult veins. He was extra careful and able to pull my labs with only 1 stick. Thank you so much for a quick and painless experience.

I love that I was able to schedule my appointment ahead of time. When I got there, I waited maybe 2 minutes before I was called back. My phlebotomist was quick and good. I was there a total of 10 minutes if that. I highly recommend Quest.

Tech drawing my blood set me up on a scam website which took credit card data. I immediately got a message from my bank saying my account was compromised. When he did draw my blood it hurt like he'll and now it's all bruised. I have large veins and never had an issue having blood taken.Inexperience and credit card fraud. Screw you guys.

Just when you thought Customer Service could not get worse... My secondary insurance has been mysteriously removed. As soon as I was forced to give a credit card they no longer bother with my secondary insurance. Can't talk to anyone. I have submitted the cumbersome forms to submit feedback for correction but with Customer Service like this I am not optimistic for results. I used to like Quest because my blood work was together in one place but I'm going to have to move on.

My daughters doctors office emailed me the orders for her lab work. We arrived at the office at 10:00 our appt was at 10:20. They proceeded to explain they can not accept doctors orders from us only from the doctors office directly. Just yesterday I went to a different Quest Diagnostic location and I just needed to give them the doctors orders no problem. So we didn’t leave until 1100 just because they needed to call the doctors office and wait for the doctors office to fax the order over the same exact order we tried giving them. If you go to quest I do not recommend this location.

This location is in such an awkward spot and Google Maps honestly does not do a good job at making it clear exactly which building it's located inside. I was almost late to my appointment because of it.When I arrived, I checked in on one of the kiosks that asked me to scan my driver's license and insurance card. I don't carry a physical insurance card and it gave me no option to manually type it in. When I was finally called back I explained the situation and was treated like it was such a huuuuuge inconvenience for them to enter the information for me. Not to mention this place seemed dirty and run down. The paint was chipping off the walls all over, dirty floors, poorly lit, and no privacy. I could see the patient getting his blood work next to me, hear his whole conversation, and see all of his personal information on their computer because of how poorly laid out this place is. I will avoid it in the future and go to a location that doesn't feel so sketchy.

This is no longer a walk-in location. They opened online appointments and the wait for walk-ins is over three hours. Make an appointment online so you don't have to wait.

The wait at this location is unacceptable. I had business in the area, so I chose this location for some lab work. My mistake.
