Stop by QT yesterday and purchased a soda. My total came out to $4.87 and I handed the cashier $5. And return gave me a dime and I questioned the total and told him he still owes me my 3 cents. His response was unfortunately they have now stopped making pennies we don't have any pennies available. I was in shock that was his reply. I advised him all pennies in the United States have not magically disappeared and demanded my change. He ended up giving me a nickel. What's disturbing about this is the fact that they feel it's okay to shortchange every customer a few pennies and after a few thousands of customers that go through the doors in a week's time how much accumulates. Those few pennies go straight in their pockets and benefits them no one else. I know this sounds Petty but I feel they are responsible to operate and run a business correctly not just short change customers. They would hold their employees accountable if the register was short that is why us as customers should not be shamed for requesting our own money back

Recently, they been under re modeling was once a favorite stop in grab know frustrating not the actual employee but sub contractors who are responsible for the remodeling when will I get my favorite QT back every day I been in there to see if the remodeling finally gets done to get my favorite fountains drinking sodas but every time is the same worker just standing around on there phone smh an agin not the actually working Qt worker it the lazy sub contract workers

Water and ice dispenser doesnt seem to be maintained. Its always malfunction. It takes your money, or doesnt work. Last week the water wasnt working this week the ice and the water tastes really bad.

Bad location: On May 01 after midnight. I saw- a Hispanic couple steal four cases of bottle water. She was in her early twenties with long black hair driving a white Nissan. Both stood under 5 feet tall. Both slender frame. Just loaded up the car took off headed downward Converse. Thieves!!! Amp up the security!!!!

I asked for the manager, she told me that she was her, her name is Elizabeth, I told her that the store was very disgusting, the floors were sticky and dirty, the coffee area was disgustingly dirty, the bathrooms were also smelly and dirty, I told her that I would not buy from that store again and that I was going to publish it because it is very disgusting.

Very poor customer service. The attendant locked the restrooms and refused to open them. She said she couldn't unlock them. How do they use the restroom when working an overnight shift? She said they have to call a number, which she also refused to do. She probably wouldn't help you even if you had a medical condition. I wouldn't count on this station being open if you have an EMERGENCY stop, especially if you're on the verge of going in your pants. Check the local laws regarding public restrooms and gas stations that serve prepared food and medical conditions.

QuikTrip is the best drink bar fantastic on the road 300 plus miles usually stop there two to three times a day. Great staff who get you in and out thank you

As a rule, I love QT! I am a Home Health nurse so I’m on the road constantly throughout the day. QT Is one of the places I know I can stop, find a clean restroom and get a quick snack. I have their app so I get coupons as well which are really nice. However, this QT needs some serious work. The women’s restroom had no soap. I stepped across to the men’s and only one dispenser had soap. I am unsure how the kitchen staff are appropriately, sanitizing their hands after using the bathroom before going back into the kitchen to prepare food when there’s no soap. The bathrooms were also somewhat messy. In addition, I got a cup of coffee and there were only five lids left in the stack. There were also just a few stirrers and straws. These items were not stocked, both in the coffee area and in the soda area. I will make it a point to avoid this QT. I did notify a staff member that there was no soap in the bathrooms and expressed my concern for how the kitchen staff was appropriately cleaning their hands. He said “We’ll get on that.”

My husband slipped and fell in diesel fuel. We thought it was run-off water at the pumps. Apparently, it has been there for some time because it was leaking from another gas pump and all over the ground. My husband was injured getting out the vehicle and had to grip the car to prevent his fall but, he went down hard and hit the car and twisted his ankle. Clothes drenched in fuel and ended up with a bruise the next day on the side of his knee. It was an awful experience. He had to pump gas in drenched clothes and make a incident report all at the same time. This store was very negligent at keeping their grounds safe and free of ANY slip and falls. Washing his hands did do anything because his clothing was soaked. Just terrible!
