Stopped by this nail salon around 6:30 PM and the vibe was off from the moment I walked in. They said the last client was at 7:15 so I figured I had time. I’m in town for business and staying at the hotel nearby, so I thought I’d try to update my fill and color. Never mind.
I asked for a light pink cat eye and the tech immediately said no without even checking. She pointed at the color wall and walked away. While I was looking through colors, the usual side conversation in another language started and that just made things more uncomfortable.
She never asked if I was ready or needed anything. I told her I had picked my color and showed her a photo of chrome nails. She gave me attitude and said no I don’t do that and we don’t have it. The energy was already weird so I just walked out.
I won’t be going back. Customer service matters.

I used to go all the time, and I liked their service. The last time I went, I told the lady I would like this color red and she put me a different red, no the same I wanted. I was not very happy. I didn't want to make a big deal, but for me, it was enough for going back to this place. Never come back to this place.

Still love this place. It's my go-to place to get a pedicure. Each person is quite thorough and professional. My feet always feel great after. Their massage chairs are nice to sit back and relax. Their interior design is simple and relaxing.

I needed a local place to get my nails done last minute before Easter. This place is nearby where I live and their prices were pretty good compared to other places around so I thought I'd give them a try. They did not disappoint!!! They were so kind and they were very gentle in their cleaning and cuticle care. Very clean place, on the smaller side so you might want to make an appointment. I went in as soon as it opened so they were able to get me in right away. They took their time and did such an amazing job! I would highly recommend this place. After I was done, I wish I would have gone here for my wedding nails!!

Kimberly is amazing! Have been going to her for a couple of years now and we had our babies about the same time so we always get to converse about our babies since we are neck and neck with milestones and whatnot. Most of the time I’m able to schedule an apt the same day (I suck at scheduling anything more than 24hr notice) and always an amazing job!
