I can honestly say we love it here! They provide the best care for my daughter. She’s been at this center since she was 8 months old, she is now 21 months old. Everyone there is so loving & caring & I certainly do not have to worry about anything with them.

Kindercare has been amazing to our family for 6 years now ❤️.
My oldest start at the age of 2 , and my other 2 started at 3 months of age. I can honestly say I know my children are safe and happy at Kindercare. They cry and beg to stay longer when its time to pick them up for the day 😂. Kindercare Live Oak and their amazing staff has become a 2nd family to ours over the years!
Thank you Kindercare for loving my children like your own.

My family is no stranger to the KinderCare family as my teenager used to attend the two different locations in San Antonio.
However the last 4 years I have had the pleasure of having my youngest three children attend Toepperwein from the Infant room all the way to the After Schooler's classroom. They have become a second family for us and I know everyday that my kiddos are there they are in excellent loving capable hands. Any time there is any sort of incident, no matter how mild or major, I am notified by call - in app message - text - or upon pickup. The teachers here love their students so much and is shows. They are always learning and helping our kids with their creativity and social skills.
Ill be sad when my kiddos have outgrown the daycare age or if we ever have to move!

As a new mom, starting my son in daycare at 2 months old was stressful. Once I spoke with and met the director Jayme she made me feel so at ease. The ladies in the infant room Estella, Amanda and Sylvia are amazing. Highly recommend.

The infant classroom teachers are truly the best. Ms Sylvia, Amanda, and Estella are warm, caring, endlessly patient, consistent, and dedicated to taking great care of all of the babies in their charge. If you want your baby to feel loved, to learn new skills, and to do adorable art projects, this is the place! They took care of my baby Chloe from three months old until we had to move for work right after she turned nine months old - I was so nervous to leave her in daycare but she LOVED her teachers (our whole family did) and we wished we could take them with us! We had some random requests during our time as we helped our daughter grow and learn and they were always flexible and patient with our needs. We cannot say enough good things about this amazing team at Toepperwein Road KinderCare!

This place is top notch! My son started when he was a little over 3 months and I had to go back to work. He had RSV early and had been sick on and off a lot since then with trouble breathing etc. I was so worried about being away from him and how putting him in daycare might add to his bouts of illness. This place was a gods send. They have loved and taken care of our son just the way we would if he was home with us. They communicate and support and are genuinely, amazing people who care about their little ones so much. Ms. Amanda, Ms. Silvia, Ms. Gummy, Ms Heather, and Ms. Jayme (I know I’m missing some others) thank you for all you do and continue to do. Our son loves his teachers and is thriving. We will be leaving due to a move and will miss this center so much! I cannot recommend this place enough!

The reason for this comment is to shed light on the strict inflexible adherence to the 930 drop-off time that the company's employees enforce. Per the information I received from the staff, unless your child needed medical attention, you have no reason to show up after 9:30. I showed up at 9:42. After I arrived at the location, I proceeded to the building. I took my son to the door to drop him off at the classroom where his prescheduled day would presume. I was turned away with the only recourse offered from staff was to come earlier, I don't know their system but I'm close to certain the 1 year old wouldn't ruin the company's plans, schedule, obligations to other toddlers, and amount of money brought in for the day. The parent doesn't recoup the payment to company, no matter the issue. So now I'm left find a baby-sitter last minute so I can make my military affiliated appointment, all the while the payment still goes through but the exception can't be made no matter the reason aside from medical for the child. This is.a paid service, so service if you receive payment.

The KinderCare my daughter attends is amazing. She’s been attending this center since the age of 2. I appreciate the open communication with each director and her teachers. The school is always clean and if any child is sick the teacher provides the information in the app to let all the other parents know. I really appreciate the teamwork.

I love this Learning Center! The teachers are caring and creative. I had to go back to work when my son was 3 months old and was extremely hesitant to put him in daycare. Ms. Sylvia, Ms. Airin, and Ms. Keely in the infant room made me feel like my son was loved and belonged there from his first day. Now he is in the older infant room with Ms. Gloria and he absolutely adores her. Ms. Gloria is a friendly face every morning, she sends us funny and sweet picture throughout the day, and she looks out for his health if she thinks he might be feeling bad. Shoutout to Ms. Hannah too, even though my son isn't in her classroom yet, he still adores her, and her positive, creative energy is contagious. Ms. Ernie, Ms. Heather, and Ms. Meeka- y'all run a tip-top shape team of people who are amazing caretakers who my husband and I trust. If you are looking for a fun and passionate team to work with, I highly recommend this KinderCare.

It is a peace of mind knowing my daughter and son are well taken care of while I'm working. Staff is very nice and friendly. Director and assistant are always so attentive.

Let me start off by saying this is the best daycare and center ever. If you are looking for a daycare that has an amazing curriculum and will love and treat your little one like their own this is the place for you. My daughter was here from birth to two years old and each teacher was amazing and truly passionate about teaching our little one. The director, Ms. Ernestine, is extremely friendly and very transparent about any and everything you need to know. Had we not relocated to another city hours away we would 100% have our daughter and all future children attend. I cannot give enough praise to all the workers there!

Im glad i found kindercare for my toddler, the staff is so caring, this makes me feel at ease knowing my child is safe. Love the app that gives you updates on your child daily activites at the care ..I greatly recommend .
