Worst company ever they do not work with you in any way I had t mobile before switching with them had to do too the fact where I moved supposedly their signal was great .... but not at all ...signal was bad .. I regret switching to their company also spoke to customer service Edwin didn't like hes attitude not able to help me out in any way they don't care.... I'll just go back to t mobile .......

I went to the AT&T in Livingston to found out about the ATT Internet Air. Robert McCoy waited on me he answered all my questions about the ATT Air. He was very nice and helped me out. I will definitely go back.

Husband and I are new to the area, needed new phone service went to ATT in Livingston was assisted by Bailey & Robert. Explained our options and provided excellent Customer Service.

Robert at this ATT Store was amazing and went above and beyond getting us the best deals. Stay passed closing time to help us get everything working correctly, had a customer call
and kept the store open and waited for them to get there. Absolute great service and will definitely be back to this store! Such a great personable guy ATT is lucky to have him!

Went in to get help with my son’s phone, experienced very poor customer service from employee named Matthew. He refused to give me his last name or the name of his store manager. Very unprofessional in the way he spoke to me about services. He raised his voice and refused to serve me after stating I needed assistance with getting my son a new phone. Attempted to explain what I needed help with but he declined to help in any way. The store closed at 7pm, I walked in at 6:45, I’m sure this had something to do with the fact that he was unhelpful.

Service was awesome, but after paying about $ 1,000 for a new phone and don’t get a charger included- that’s crazy!! We asked- have to buy separate wall outlet for the cord provided, it’s Not a charger.
