One price on shelves. Much higher price when ring up. Just go pay knowing they'll make up a price. Heard big box stores were doing that to screw people.

I am new to Livingston and had my engine light come on for the first time, I took it to the local AutoZone and a wonderful rep named Sarah took care of me. She went above and beyond explaining the code that came up on the diagnostic and made me feel at complete ease with the system. If everyone in Livingston is this cool it will be a very happy retirement.

My wife went to autozone sometime last month Sarah I think that was her name she was very sweet and installed my wife’s battery for free after we bought one, the process was fast she was very helpful and she explained to us the price difference and differences between all the batteries available for my car .

I was in this afternoon (12/13/2024). I was trying to purchase touch up paint for my car. I had to repeat several times to the clerk what I wanted finally she went back to check stock and came back with a white touch up paint for a Ford. My car is a 2016 Mazda CX3 Color Gray Metallic # A47. Her last name initial G

It's probably the worst autozone I have ever been to. Wait in line for 15 minutes, with only one counter sales person, who wasn't sure how to help the other customers. I try to avoid this place.

If I could leave no star I would! I went in early in the morning and had the alternator tested. They tested it twice. Went back to the customer's house and told her it was bad. The customer was trying to pay for it over the phone the second time I went up there but for some reason I was never told that she got through. The lady that tested the alternator was the one that brought the new alternator and laid it on the counter because the customer did call and pay for it. She walked right up to me set it on the counter over there by me and then walked off. May the manager in another associate we're still trying to get in touch with the customer and never could. I drove all the way back out to the customer's house and she said she had already paid for it so I had to drive back into town walk up to the counter with a girl had set it down and then she walked off and told the manager in another associate that that's the one I was needing that it was already paid for. It took the manager in that associate to ring it up that way I could leave. Now I remember why I started going to O'Reilly's because the service at AutoZone is horrible. This lady has me repairing a 1960 Ford Edsel, a 1969 Pontiac Grand Prix, and a 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS. I'm only on the 69 Grand Prix and we've got two more cars to go so AutoZone just lost a lot of business.
