I made an appointment to open an account. Met with Sarah who was personable, witty, and professional. When leaving, several employees wished me farewell by my name. Happy to get some actual service in person in the age of AI.

It was a bit difficult for me to reach the deposit box. The entrance to the bank scraped the bottom of our car a bit/the muffler maybe, even though I drove slowly.
