I made an appointment to open an account. Met with Sarah who was personable, witty, and professional. When leaving, several employees wished me farewell by my name. Happy to get some actual service in person in the age of AI.

I must say this bank is a complete joke! I needed to cash a check even called the branch letting them know I was coming from 2.5 hours away to make verify the hours of operation. As I pulled up I noticed 2 lady’s inside I parked seeing that I had only 3 minutes to spare before closing. I parked and as I walked to the door I seen the lady speed walking thinking maybe she’s catching the door for me. This woman locked the door in my face laughed and shrugged her shoulders you talking about livid. I thought it was a joke being that it wasn’t fully closing time. She then proceeded to cut the inside lights off walking around with a smirk smiling. The audacity! This memory will forever live in my head I felt slow and a since of betrayal. You’d think a person / business that handles your money would show a little more grace. I will move my accounts close my business account and they will never get my business again and going forward I will advise anyone who speaks on this bank to think twice.

I went to cash a check from this bank charged me $65 dollars I could see a small cashing fee but I've had to give up hundreds cashing checks here your money is worth less after you give it to them stay away from this bank

Recommend you stay clear from this bank, from the start I’ve had nothing but issues whether it be my account being hacked or simple depositing through the atm and there system messing up and causing me to wait 30 days for my own money. No one really cares about your situation and are just trying to get off of the phone. Should give a option for no stars

Deposited cash into the Livingston branch ATM. It ate the money and my bank card and then told me transaction failed. I then went inside to get my card/cash back since the ATM just took it all and was told I could file a dispute but that I wouldn’t get MY cash back for up to 10 days or longer. This is not the first issue we have had here over the years. I have tried to be a loyal customer at this bank but enough is enough. DO NOT BANK HERE.

It was a bit difficult for me to reach the deposit box. The entrance to the bank scraped the bottom of our car a bit/the muffler maybe, even though I drove slowly.

The Bank location is a real problem,parking and safety getting in and out of the Bank Parking lot is to small, Location could be better. Relocation would make availability better. Bank should stay open half a day on Saturdays. (COVID is over ,we need to get back to normal, many people work late on the week days and can only get to the Bank on Saturday. The talker machine doesn't work half the time for making deposits. Other then these problems it's okay. But not as good has BBVA was in being available to help it's customers...

Not a bank I would recommend doing business with. They make you set appointments the they do not show up to keep the appointment or provide a courtesy call advising the appoint may be later.

I personally like bbva better because I could atleast find my account number on the bbva app. On the PNC app? No can’t find it. I also deposited my check through the mobile app and thinking it would process right into my account like it would at bbva when I deposit my check, no still pending since 11:00am and it almost 12.

I used it and after the transfer to PNC, it pretty much locked me out. No recognition of my account, even when I had even put down that i used BBVA

Awful bank. They charge ten dollars to cash their own checks. So I opened an account , deposited two checks only for them to mail me a letter saying they were terminating our relationship and I couldn't have my money for ten days. You can literally take one of their checks somewhere else and cash it cheaper

They are extremely slow at the drive thruand when you finally get to the the shootif you ask for change they never have any. They always say they are out. Have to drive to another town to get the change.
