Very nice owners. Professional, kind, and friendly.
The climate controlled area is a little too warm. The temperature should be a bit cooler. When u first walk in, you immediately feel the warmth.
The storage units are clean, and so for no bugs. I certainly appreciate that. I highly recommend this place. I have rented a unite here twice before.

Great storage facility in Livingston Tx. I rented a 10 foot wide, 5 foot deep, 10 foot high for $50.00 mo. Great safe location, left before the end of the month and they even gave me a refund. Great manager.

This is by far the nicest storage facility I have ever used the have dollies climate control tons of camera main door security and they provided the locks. The staff was also very very nice. Thank yall

I’ve been renting a storage unit here for 3 years. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. The owner and everyone I’ve dealt with have always been very friendly and super easy to work with! The storage unit is always very clean. I’ve had issues before with other storages and having to throw things away because of damage. I’m always in and out of my storage unit with climate control and I can say everything is in the same condition as I left it. I don’t see myself going to anywhere else! Oh… and I absolutely love how they always have KSBJ playing over their loud speakers!!!
