Cook Tire & Service Center in Livingston, TX, is a trusted local auto care provider known for friendly, professional service. The team offers a wide range of services including oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and state inspections, ensuring all vehicle needs are met efficiently. They also carry a large selection of tires, such as all-season, performance, and off-road tires, catering to various driving needs. Customers appreciate the helpful and respectful staff, who go out of their way to assist, even in urgent situations like flat tires. Several reviews highlight the quick response times, with technicians arriving promptly to help roadside emergencies, making customers feel cared for and valued. The service is described as exceptional, with professional technicians who handle vehicles with care, even on hot days. However, some concerns were raised about the tire warranty policies, particularly regarding trailers and trailers’ road hazard coverage. One customer noted that Cook Tire works with Tire Pros for road hazard warranties but found that trailers are often not covered, which differs from other tire shops like Discount Tire that offer warranties on trailer tires regardless of where they were purchased. Despite this, customers remain loyal, citing reasonable pricing and a positive experience. Overall, Cook Tire & Service Center is highly recommended for its friendly staff, reliable service, and comprehensive vehicle care, making it a preferred choice for Livingston and nearby drivers.
Mike was awesome. The entire staff is genuinely there help. Plus the prices were better than you get in Houston or Conroe areas...I think they have other shops. I got work done on my timing belt. Straight forward nice people. Even the State troopers and sherrifs use this shop. Thank God for a good mechanic shop!
