My sleep doctor recommended Day N Night Medical Supply to get a CPAP machine she prescribed. I’d never had one before so was already in over my head, but Shelee Whitmire did an online video call with me to explain the equipment and how to use it. Shelee has helped in finding the right equipment for me and made the overall experience so much easier than the stress I first felt about having to use new medical equipment. Horrible customer service...that's a minus one star. Long story short...go to another medical supply!We did discuss this issue in detail. You even wrote on the service receipt that the warranty was no longer in effect. I fixed the problem by contacting a reputable service dealer who knew how to fix the problem. Once again your customer service is the WORST... And don't act like you try to resolve the issue!!! You did not!!!And the public needs to be aware of your business practice so they can do their shopping elsewhere!!!!
