Refused to follow legal standards related to purchase. Also willing to take the expired license instead of the paper I'd that is legal. Will be reporting to the Texas Comptrollers Tobacco Enforcement Program.

I was insulted by staff and condescended all of the way out the door. I'm more likely to be struck by lightning 3 times in the same day than I am to ever spend another dollar here. The rude, indignant staff needs to be replaced.

Walked in to get a pack of mints, went to the self checkout to use cash. The rude white girl with long hair goes “ya that doesn’t take cash don’t you see the signs everywhere” and starts pointing to them. There are way nicer ways of saying things to people, learn some customer service. I’ll spend my money somewhere else, never here. Very rude workers and from the looks of the reviews this isn’t the first time.

The small blonde lady claiming to be Manager is very unprofessional. That location does go through alot of employees. First time ever seeing her there

The young African American girl that works there is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. One example being she told me her living location to fight. (Really?) Another instance is not wanting to help my grandmother find a certain item. Overall, before her recruitment this Dollar General was more welcoming and helpful. She obviously should take training before being allowed to work anywhere.
