Caitlyn Garcia was very helpful over the phone when she assisted me to get back into my account. What is amazing though is the fact that she sent me a handwritten thank you note saying how much they value me as a customer. See if your bank that uses AI bots to put people out of work does that!! Great job Caitlyn!

Sat in for 5 minutes while telles were laughing around. Waited to have rude notary sign papers. Same attitude you have with your coworkers. You should have with the costumers

Originally, I rated this as a 1 star for poor customer service and was contacted by the bank to get more information from me and letting me know that this is not their usual manner for customer service. They also let me know that they would have a refresher for their customer service group. I feel like they went above and beyond in addressing the issue and making me feel like my feelings matter and that I am appreciated as a customer. Thank you FNB!

I had bad dealings with FSB a couple years back and decided to bank here. I haven't had any issues until here lately. I had an issue with my online banking app and spoke with a rep over the phone and we both tried everything and got nowhere. Then, I when I gave the Onalaska branch and made a few inquiries about my account I was told the wrong checking account number and was told that the address that I had changed to about 2 months ago was incorrect with what the lady told me. Then I went into the west livingston branch and the lady there was very helpful and tried her best to help me and when the 2 of us hit a dead end she told me that the only other option was to come in and ask to speak with a member of IT. When I came in this morning it was whole other ballgame. I was told that I HAD to speak with a personal banker so THEY could see if an IT rep could help. This has turned into a major hassle because I literally work 9hrs a day and by the time I go to work the bank is closed and when I get off they're closed. This issue with them NOT being able to honor their word (no matter who is helping the customer.

I have banked here for about 25+ years. Never had any problems, employees always professional and friendly. I moved away from the area, but I will not change banks and I don’t mind driving the 90 miles round trip to do my banking with them. I plan on continuing as long as I can. Thank you FNB for great service.

They are constantly fraud alerting my account for normal transactions and locking down my funds. Cannot use more than $1,000 of my own money a day without permission. Trying to use this bank to operate our business has been a complete nightmare.
