“The place is older, but the friendly staff is working really hard to put some new love into these old bones. Housekeeping was awesome about not only room upkeep but respecting our privacy and making sure we had everything we needed without asking. I will say that there were some really rude guests staying there and they were horrible to to staff. They didnt bother me, but one of the crew apologized to me for the rude guests behavior after being chewed out and handling himself with decorum. Next time we drive through we will be staying here. Can't wait to see the improvements.”

A good worker is very hard to find these days but
I can tell you this much the new manager and Staff there are worked hard to make shore people are taken care of
and that the things that were neglected by others don't get neglected .
The staff are doing there best to accommodate there visiters to make them fell more at home .
This motel is a palace worth staying at and the waffles and breakfast is awesome”

“This is the nicest area for boat slips on Lake Livingston. They keep the area very clean. The decking was recently painted. They have water hoses around each boat slip.The boat slip area is gated and requires an entry code for additional security.I would highly recommend if you are looking for a boat slip.”
