“When I ordered this service, I was expecting a delayed install date like all of the other providers do. But instead, they offered me a date that not only was sooner than later, it was set around my schedule. No mess, no hassle. Came in, did the install, made sure everything was working, then left. I had some issues with my firewall server at first, but they were quick to address the issues and had my 1g fiber connection humming.
