“Absolutely a phenomenal experience when it comes to required service for internet issues. Today upon notifying the company of an issue with our Internet service, a service technician (Ethan) was on site and had the problem resolved with 15 minutes. He was courteous and very respectful.
This, however, has not been a unique experience. On at least 4 other occasions over the past 6 years, service has been requested and the problem resolved within 2 hours.
This is a small company with a customer first attitude. A real bright spot for the area.”
