When I ordered this service, I was expecting a delayed install date like all of the other providers do. But instead, they offered me a date that not only was sooner than later, it was set around my schedule. No mess, no hassle. Came in, did the install, made sure everything was working, then left. I had some issues with my firewall server at first, but they were quick to address the issues and had my 1g fiber connection humming. Their support is very helpful and did a follow up call to make sure all was well with me. All in all, I am very happy with this service. I had my service installed in Lumberton, TX.

I can't express how disappointed I am with this Internet service. I'm paying for higher speeds, but it feels like I'm back in the dial-up era. Not only do I get lower speeds than promised, but the connection drops multiple times a day. It's infuriating. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable provider.

Internet is trash. I pay for the highest package and yet the speed is trash. I would switch Internet providers but they are the only ones that provide for our location. They use to be called Livcom and I guess they had trash reviews then so they changed their name to highline and they are still trash. Don't waste your money with the higher package they promise you higher speed but it is not the case. More cost slower internet.

The internet service this company offers is absolute garbage, constant high ping and speeds that are lower that what is paid for. Not to mention that it just shuts off once or twice a day for no reason. The customer service is a joke and will not compensate the customers for not providing services unless the internet is completely down. The only good thing about the company is the tech support, but I guess they have to be decent at their jobs to keep this company afloat because no one else can. And lastly, the prices are double what you will see for any other internet company within 100 miles. Stay away if possible

Excellent service with good prices and some of the best installers I've ever worked with. Despite costing slightly more than spectrum the service is near flawless and doesn't drop out like spectrum consistently does. But the most important thing is that there are no data caps which spectrum may soon reinstate.Overall I would highly recommend Highline internet to anyone who can get it. The consistency and speed of the service is unmatched in this area.

Not an official review but I did make the changes since Livcom is now officially Highline…. With this Google Pernamently closed Livcom and has placed Highline in its place… this sadly has wiped the reviews of the company..: but hopefully with the new company and investment that was made… that things will start looking up. Note I only requested an edit of everything and this is what Google did… I did not say to close the old Name.. that was Al Googles doing…. Everything should now officially be the same as Livcom was within the next 24 hours as Google has accepted the changes I requested.

I don't even have this service and I'm still leaving 1 star based on my research of this company. $220 for gig speed is outrageous. Maybe instead of promoting a more expensive fiber service, you should have just stuck with regular cheaper internet service. You price gouge and have completely monopolized internet service in the area. It's actually kinda disgusting how people are just okay with being cleaned out of their money for below mediocre services. What's even more outrageous is the fact that LivCom (Now HighLine) have the balls to actually charge $95+ for 25mbs. That's terrible and greedy. I get that fiber is expensive to install but just like I said earlier, maybe you shouldn't have upgraded and just stuck with regular internet and you wouldn't have over 50+ negative reviews and a 2.4 star rating.

I would like to know if cell service from our cell provider ie., Verizon is blocked from LivCom so we are forced to get WiFi? When I leave my house and drive 1 mile out on Church St I have all bars on my phone. As soon as I get in neighborhood 2 bars.Remember back in the day when hotels did that so you’d have to use their hotel phone?Might be a racket. And Verizon in home WiFi is $25 a month but not in my area? Hmmmmm

Friendly and knowledgeable people. Every once in a while our video game lags or sputters, but other folk say that that is a server issue. With that said: I love my gig speed internet through Livcom.

200$ for barely 400KB/s. To put that in perspective for some of you. In Spring, 1GB, which 1000MB, or 10000KB costs 75$ on a promotional deal, 95$ after the promotion period, and I was downloading around 100MB/s. When a router is used, the actual speed of service is divided through the channels, some lost. 15MB and I am downloading at < 400KB/s FOR 200$+ A MONTH. This is price gouging. You are better off paying for unlimited mobile data, the connection there will be 110% more secure and your speeds will literally be 200% faster.

I constantly have my service drop for no reason. This last time, it took 2 weeks to get it serviced and it was completely unusable. All I needed was a new modem. Had to call every time the service dropped (multiple times per day).

I don’t appreciate businesses that don’t get back to you after an interview or respond back to your emails.
