I just want to give a shoutout to Mike at Lowe’s. He reminded me of how Lowe’s used to feel—back when employees actually knew what they were talking about and genuinely cared. These days it feels like a lot of big box stores are filled with people who don’t know much beyond where something’s shelved, but Mike was the exact opposite.
He took the time to really help me, explained things clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually wants to help. It’s rare to find someone like that in retail anymore. If Lowe’s had more employees like Mike, it’d be a whole different store. Appreciate you, man

Customer service at Livingston Texas store is HORRIBLE. Since we are not able to lift and move heavy items we opted to pay for delivery. The item was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery company falsified a signature. After three hours of phone calls and holding we were told to contact the delivery company ourselves to resolve this issue. We stated that Lowe's hired the company not us. That was yesterday. After many phone calls and promises of a call back, we are still waiting for our delivery.

Customer service is great, but this store has the worst in stock of items I've ever seen. Since I moved here in Dec of 24, out of the dozen or so times I've been there, they have been out of what I went there for all but once. Only once they have had what I went for. Today I went for a window A/C.... didn't have it. A self-propelled lawn mower. Didn't have it and a riding mower... Didn't have it. Unbelievable!!!! I have to drive to Tomball for all 3

Lowes is nice change of pace from home depot sometimes. Im a contractor so I'm always in these places. Sometimes you have to go to Lowes because they carry a certain brand or whatever. If you're looking for craftsman come to Lowes. The employees at this location were very helpful also.

My son and I went into Lowe's to get some wood for our chicken coop, and the associate, Brett Truesdell, was very helpful and so kind. He was amazing with my little man as well, giving high fives and fist pumps. He even helped me when I was overcharged. Walked me to the register and stayed with me the whole time to be sure I got a refund.

Well stocked store & at 0700, full of associates. Little different layout than I'm used to. Immaculately clean too.
