“I don't normally post any reviews but felt like I had to for this one.
Went to go pick up a friend's antibiotic the other day and this is easily one of the best pharmacies I've gone to. Very friendly staff and environment. Very fast! Only improvement needed was maybe the lady who did his insurance was not very friendly as everyone else. The way I was greeted seemed as though I did something wrong... I dunno. Only thing that stuck out.
edit: her name was tish! she did the job, just the attitude put me off

“I know it is crazy busy at this pharmacy most of the time. With that being said, I greatly appreciate the staff here. They are always extremely polite and helpful. I have had a couple issues in the past but I have been using this pharmacy for over 8 years. Sometimes stuff happens! I am so extremely grateful to Sass and Sonya for getting the price fixed on my medication. I can't afford almost 600.00 dollars a month for this prescription. I lost my insurance in January. So I am self pay now. They were able to get my medication down below 100.00 for a month supply! Thank you, thank you, thank you ladies for going above and beyond in my opinion! I have checked around at other pharmacies, nobody else has been able to get even remotely close to the price I pay here.”
“I want to thank the pharmacy staff. Their system was down most of the day on April 20 and not knowing we stopped there to pick up prescriptions sent from Methodist in Houston as my husband had a cardiac surgery on the 19th and he was discharged on the 20th. The pharmacy worked so hard to catch up and managed to get our meds ready just before closing. We were so grateful.”
“A Phone Call Review: Changed my rating from one star to four. I felt I was on eternal(?) hold on phone after 10+ mins & entered a one star but she came back & pulled up an item I wanted to see if they had before I drove all the way there. They only have it by ordering online & she was very nice about looking it up once she came back to see if I was holding for automotive. I understand getting busy & forgetting the hold was for her.”
“They have a very friendly & knowledgeable staff here that take care of all your prescription needs. It's one of the small stores though but they do have an aisle of supplements, first aid & pain relievers, they have a baby aisle, a feminine aisle & a snack aisle & a small cooler up front that has smart water & various carbonated bottles of soda. & a small selection of Greeting Cards as well”

“It is a store that offers almost a bit of everything. The drugstore is one of the best I have seen. Walgreens is a horribly small drugstore, which means that they can not stock everything as a whole for what is needed by the public. All the employees have a great attitude , as well as well as both Pharmacist ?! All employees keep this store moving for the public and are always eager to assist!”

“I always visit from Houston because Brookshire is the only store that carries the ONLY Keto Hawaiian bread I like. Also, I love the chicken pot pues fresh at the Cleveland location, however Livingston didnt have any when I was there yesterday. Big bummer.”
