“I've never had an accident or needed to call for a tow truck before, and I couldn't be luckier to have randomly chosen Country Boy Towing. Scottie was communicative and quick to pick us up and went above and beyond in making sure I wasn't just another woman getting screwed over by the autobody shop. He stayed while they looked at my car and after hearing what they had to say, Scottie told me to file a claim (I didn't even think about that at first) and offered to bring my car to his tow lot so that an adjuster would come and ensure that the repairs would be covered before I dropped thousands of dollars without guaranteed reimbursement. I literally never would have thought of any of this.
And I felt so safe as a young woman traveling alone going with him to the auto shop and back to his tow lot. He let my dog ride along with us in the tow truck, and that dog is quick to hate a man but was completely comfortable with Scottie. He and his wife let me wait there for my ride and were just so kind and caring to a total stranger. I can't recommend them enough!”
“Overall I'm happy with the product. The screws are not the same color as the metal. Evidently you need to ask for that "upgrade". No one mentioned anything about that when ordering. The crew that put up our 20x30 carport did a great job. They are the reason for the stars. The wait to get an install date was much longer than advertised, so do not believe the 4-7 week install window. Took us 3 months. In the end it was worth the wait.”
