Got storage is one of the best company in the area of livingston. i have research since we still back in Denver... . The manager Sharon Cherry so friendly gone out her way and so helpful .Shes treat us as shes know us for longtime. she treated us as her family's . the place are cleaner and so orderly .Thanks to company and Sharon .

First encounter with Got Storage (GS) was about 2 years ago and was a positive experience moving in. That changed very quickly when they suddenly decided that they were going to force me to buy their insurance package. The contract I signed required me to have insurance and they knew I had it. The lady, didn't give me her name, became very abusive when I pointed the scam aspect of her forced insurance. The credit card company sided with me and reversed the charges GS had put on my account without my permission. When GS found out that the credit card company had sided with me they decided to raise my rent on one of the units by 400%. When I pushed back on the outrageous increase GS decided to terminate my contract. Very unprofessional organization and extremely vindictive. If you don't agree and acquiesce to the lady's demands she will force you out. Do not recommend / beware.

Best storage place I've used in the last twenty years! They've a friendly rep, Cheri, there through the day. A personalized access code is required at the entrance and each building. All buildings except RV storage have AC and concrete floors. The RV storage may have concrete floors but didn't use them so don't know. Each building also has a handcart and dolly with solid wheels for moving all your stuff! They supply an internal lock which doesn't seem cuttable for a $13 refundable deposit. A restroom is available only during office hours so don't plan to live there. I'm sure they isn't allowed. They're still adding on to the facility so call for a reservation! Tell them I sent you for no discount but just to be friendly.

We set up a unit to start 10/1 on September 11th, as we are moving to the area. We paid for the month of October and were told by Amanda Helton we were good to go and we would have access starting on the 1st - set up our access codes and everything. We went with this property due to the raving reviews we read on all sites and the reviews about Amanda. We showed up this past weekend to start using our unit to find out that not only have they changed names (now iStorage) - we are also not able to access the property or unit that we have already paid for. There is no one in the office, no one answers the phone, no emails have been answered and we not only are out $$, we also had to leave with a truckful of items we planned on dropping off over the weekend as part of our move. We are moving from almost 2 hours away to deal with this. The main customer service number is based in Colorado now (found after a lot of digging) and they claim there is no record of us in the system at all!!!! But they have our money! There will be a credit card dispute filed today because of this. It may be a clean facility, but we received no communication about this change have all of our lease agreements, receipts, etc showing we leased this unit and are suppose to be in the system. We are very upset about all of this. Be careful if you have a unit here already or plan on leasing one. 1pm on Monday their hours are lsited on the door as 10-6 and still no calls back from multiple voicemails and no one answers their phones.

Decent facility. Maybe ok if you need a large storage space. I have the smallest and they just jacked my price up 84.375%!!!? My original plan was to bring my stuff out of storage in Wisconsin and get a larger unit here, but will now search elsewhere. I'll be removing my stuff within the moth.

Great customer service from start to finish. The place was clean and ready for me to store my items the same day. I'll definitely be using them again if needed.

Great place to do business with, run by great people. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage, large or small.
