“As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly really nervous walking into a dealership. You always hear stories about people getting pressured or taken advantage of, and I didn’t know what to expect.
Rick and Connie completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I walked in, they were patient, kind, and incredibly honest. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
After shopping around at other dealerships, their honesty and professionalism truly stood out. They made what could have been a really stressful experience feel comfortable and easy.
Because of them, I drove away confident in my purchase—and they’ve absolutely earned a lifetime customer.”

“Performance’s PreOwned Sales helped me get approved and cleared to purchase a vehicle. I had been struggling for months, and Melinda got me approved and had my Chevy Equinox ready for when I got there for my appointment, and no other dealership was as helpful as they were. The customer service was great, the staff is so sweet, and I would definitely buy from them again. I would highly recommend!”
