Neutral: This is a Walmart in a small town. Thumbs Down: In rural areas like this, many people rely on Walmart because the supercenters often drive local businesses out of competition. Thumbs Down: This Walmart had to close during the initial Covid-19 surges because its entire staff was infected. Keep this in mind when considering the cleanliness of the facilities, including the restrooms and food processing areas.

Horrible experience doing a simple return. I will never shop Walmart ever again. Amazon has better prices and delivers with no hassle returns. They are rude and not the lowest in town. Shop HEB. ANY PLACE OTHER THAN HERE. The ladies have way too much attitude to be Walmart employees. You are there for me! I felt like I was treated inappropriately and rudely by the entire front crew. Not a single one of these bitches could do a smile or even be helpful. Is there a way to file a legal complaint against them?? Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. O and don't go to the Cleveland Texas store either. This store has a whole different set of issues. But trained appropriately by the same people. Walmart no longer grateful for your business!!

A Phone Call Review: Changed my rating from one star to four. I felt I was on eternal(?) hold on phone after 10+ mins & entered a one star but she came back & pulled up an item I wanted to see if they had before I drove all the way there. They only have it by ordering online & she was very nice about looking it up once she came back to see if I was holding for automotive. I understand getting busy & forgetting the hold was for her.

Went into Walmart around 7pm. I get it employees are tired but that doesn't mean you need to be rude. At self checkout an item scanned four times but I dint believe that was on us. This lady approached us and yells 'what are you guys doing?' I wanted to say, 'what ls it look like paying bitch!' But that wouldn't be very lady like of me. This employee had no manners what so ever! Just rocked me to my core to know this is whats being excepted. She was white, short, and sorry for a lack of a better words but fat! I mean I will not be taking someone seriously looking like that with all that attitude.

I ordered a cake for my mothers birthday. 2 hours before pickup, they called me saying they ran out of whipped icing. So I substituted for something else. Which was fine. When I opened box I was so upset. A Word mispelled, words ran together and it was the ugliest cake ever. It looked like they threw it together last minute. Roses were not dark purple like request. Just a mess. Not very happy at all.

My son ordered a “poop emoji” cake for his 11th birthday. The bakery called me and informed me they were out of all emojis. Furthermore, they discontinued it the week before and the employee Present was unaware. Two days before the party an employee called to let me know, and offered to draw the emoji herself bc there wasn’t anything else my 11 year old was interested in. (We agreed happily) The birthday cake came out phenomenal. Thank you so much for your dedication.

For a friend's birthday I got a half sheet chocolate cake with white buttercream frosting. It was cute, on time, and most of all delicious. Recommend highly.

Please be careful buying the whole cooked chickens!! The last two I bought were NOT cook all the way through. At the legs there was blood and pink meat!!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. No manager on duty at all during peak business hours. Employees are rude to customers and management is nonexistent. They act as if they're doing me favor by just being there. Even though there is literally no help when you need it. I'm assuming they get a paycheck. If you do the math, I'm doing them a favor by being a customer there. For crying out loud, it's freakin Walmart, not rocket science!

Make sure that you have your 'Service Animal Certificate' on you....they literally stop you at the door if you bring in your pet. NOT PET FRIENDLY!

Posted two months ago about the lack of or broken scooters. Same today. I think I'll start going to HEB. If any member of management is saying good riddance, that's is the core of the problem right there. Garbage in, garbage out.

Not the best Walmart you have been in. On arrival to this Walmart's parking lot, I immediately felt like I was at a FEMA evacuation camp, whoever designed this parking lot definitely came off of the B team. And speaking of B team, let me just talk about the folks managing the registers at the front. Lots of folks standing around, not a whole lot of them contributing to the convoluted mass of customers trying to pay and get out of your poor excuse for a Walmart. Being in this place for any longer than 5 minutes will result in PTSD. Avoid if at all possible. Also no cell service from the moment you walk through the door, so if you get murdered or whatever inside, it'll probably be like 40 minutes before your body is reported.

Terrible customer service! I drove an hour to Livingston Texas to purchase the last Oculus quest 2 within 100 miles available in stock just to have the staff and managers tell me they will not open the locked area because no one was working that area . I asked the manager if he could just walk up there and open it so i can spend 500$ in his store and he said if he did it for me he would have to do it for everyone.....I do not understand this logic as a senior salaried manager, Failing to properly execute his management duties and staff properly is not a excuse to be lazy and not make the sell. one employee actually told me to not hold my breathe. .makes sense this location has 1 star ratings
